Perfecting Live Zeppelin Recordings Using AI
Dirty Work replied to Unseenguest's topic in Led Zeppelin Live
AI really should be able to fix whatever is wrong with the 5/23/75 multitracks. I think the things that would benefit the most from demixing are 4/1/71 BBC, and Danmarks Radio, as well as 9/23/71, 9/24/71, 9/28/71, and 9/29/71. PS. For what it is worth, I do not think Carnegie ‘69 and Albert Hall ’69 were recorded. Those are simply rumors. Bath ‘70, however, is more than a rumor. -things I cross my fingers for: Winterland late 1969 shows, various 1969 gigs, especially the Fillmore’s/Bill Graham venues, anything from Europe in 1970 or 1971, Montreux 1971 and 1972. 1972 US tour soundboards. 1972 Down Under soundboards. 3/12/75 soundboard. Anything 1977 soundboard on a night where the band is playing well. 9/19/70 soundboard (hell, anything from the year 1970). -
It’s not down. I googled “black beauty starship zeppelin” (without the quotation marks) and it was the first site that popped up. Black Beauty is alive and well.

Any way you can PM me a link to this? Thanks in advance. Have you done 3/19 or 2/28 from 1975? I would recommend starting with those, if you ever do other ’75 soundboards. Tight (3/19) and loose (2/28), but both are strong and powerful shows.

There is no best version. Get them all and find the one you like.

Immigrant Song lyrics question

Don't feel bad. Back in the day I thought it was GLOW. Bioluminescence or something. It is most certainly "blow". The new 9/29/71 soundboard is a good example. -
On the first picture of Copenhagen on the official website, I never noticed the guy leaning against the front of the stage on the right side (stage left). Almost looks like a video camera. I remember someone saying it would be bad practice not to record a warm-up. Possible. https://www.ledzeppelin.com/photos/led-zeppelin/1978-1980/copenhagen-79

Hadn't seen this one before. What's the origin?
Dirty Work replied to gibsonfan159's topic in Photos
Brings back memories. When I was lurking CD stores and first discovering Zeppelin, I bought the CD, drank the cool-aid. Jimmy Page and Heavy Friends I believe. I loved it. Many good jams to that CD. Not long after, CD stores died. Thanks for the jams and Sutch! -
Moonchild - Winston remasters new label?

Buy if you want, but you're probably not getting Winston Remasters. Heard bad bad reviews. -
Moonchild - Winston remasters new label?
Dirty Work replied to porgie66's topic in Led Zeppelin Live
Oldest trick in the book. Somebody from Moonchild went online and spread the rumor that it is "Winston's label". It's not. This rumor is years old, and if you want Winston Remasters, get them from WINSTON. 🙄 -
New York: June 7, 1977 - Remastered Soundboard
Dirty Work replied to SteveZ98's topic in Led Zeppelin Live
Beautiful. I can't live without a kick drum that lacks a punch. Thanks for the punch.
