  1. fireworks

I attended (almost positive, year in question) this concert and somehow rocket like fireworks lunched from the floor seating maybe 20 or 30 rows from the stage, slightly to stage right. They were checking all the ticketholders for liquor at the checkpoint. Robert asked the audience to stop the fireworks, and when it continued he threatened the persons responsible that he would stop the concert!!! the fireworks continued and the band left the stage. later the house lights come up and the announcer said that the band had left the building. We began stomping our feet in protest and I remember how powerful the sound and feeling of the physical demonstration felt. Finally we were convinced to leave the building. we left without aggregation!!! And were meet with what looked like all the Long Beach PD cars in two lines forming a path to the street. The did not interfere with all of us kids. If anyone has more information or recording I would appreciate it.
  2. Hello, I was wondering if anybody here would know what is the value of an original 1972 Budokan poster? Thanks!
  3. They seem to be high up there as part of the holy grails of Zeppelin boots to have. Does anyone agree? Sound-wise? Are they worth it?
  4. Hello everybody, I've got a couple questions here, hoping someone has got the answers. I've been on http://ledzeppelin-database.com/geekbaseweb/forumpage.aspx just going through 1972 looking at the pictures and I found a few nice ones that are from London, December 22/23 1972. Here's the link to the page with all of the pictures http://ledzeppelin-database.com/geekbaseweb/photopage.aspx?showid=372 The two photos of Bonzo from behind the kit are really nice pictures if they could be in a higher res. Anybody have an idea if there is a higher resolution of those photos anywhere?? Any info would be very helpful, thanks!!
  5. Pretty much what the topic says, good recording from that period(late '70 because I prefer those shows with the acoustic sets that aren't in the early ones) I have most of the available soundboard recordings so good audience ones are preferred, as a reference 1972/10/9 is what I'd consider a good audience recording from that period. So any good ones?
  6. Yesterday I was in a shop cause I was looking for TSRTS. I found a Led Zeppelin DVD called "The Led Zeppelin in concert". I couldn't buy it because i spent my money for TSRTS, and the only thing I remember is that SIBLY was 12 minutes long and Heartbreaker was 2 minutes long. I think it was form '72-'73, but I'm not really sure. What can you tell me about that DVD? Is it rare? Have you ever seen it? What concert is that? Tell me EVERYTHING you know!
