Record Store Day for 2022 was last Saturday, April 23. Unfortunately, I could not get to a record shop until last night, nearly a week later. Of course, many of the special RSD releases I was looking for were already sold out...Bill Evans, Albert Ayler, St. Vincent, Nick Cave, Charles Mingus. But I did manage to still find a few RSDs I wanted..and some new albums that I had not picked up yet. The glow-in-the-dark Rolling Stones "More Hot Rocks". Karen Dalton...unreleased live performances. Sandy Denny "Live at the Royalty". Rain Parade "Explosions in the Glass Palace" EP. New Beach House "Once Twice Melody" double-album. New Johnny Marr. Broadcast - John Peel/BBC Sessions collection. Spiritualized "Everything Was Beautiful".

These are the special RSD releases I got this past weekend. I bypassed the Robert Plant because there were plenty in stock and that was not a high priority for me.
