Euopean copyright law and new releases

How will the European copyright law speed up the release of new and previously unheard Zeppelin recordings? It looks like the group may be encouraged to release a whole catalog of live material to keep their rights to the music. See below. This may be what we, Zeppelin fans, need to open up a back log in the vaults. Any lawyers/soothsayers out there please comment.

I don't think you'll see something like that 68 Spokane show get an official release personally, the quality just isn't there.

No, but there are boots that imo are worthy of a release. Not just the best known like Listen to this Eddie, but San francisco 27/4/69 is commercial release quality, with a bit of cleaning up. The boys on smoking hot form that night.

OT, but I'd love it if the bloke who (it's rumoured) has been sitting for years on a bootleg of Denver 26/12/68 finally released it. Or maybe it's sadly just a myth....
