  1. It is likely he will reissue his three Pre-Zeppelin singles by 2017 so he can keep his copyright. I'm sure it will be a Record Store day special 10" pressing with an actual plant pressed in the clear vinyl disc.

    Help required with an album

I assume it plays both sides. A mislabeled record is a curiosity but not particularly valuable. At most it would be worth double the rate for a regular version. From the runout, yours is a European reissue that I would say is in the $15-20 range, so you can assume yours is $30-40.

    Unused tickets

I think that is worth at least $200.

    Texas Hold 'Em

You can only win 10k from each player. The rest of the pot goes to the second-place guy.

    Worst bootleg title ever...

'Unburried Dead Zeppo's Grave' is the winner for me by a long shot. Also, 'Let Zip Hell In' is unforgivably stupid. I kind of like 'Zware Lul'.
  6. They have a gray one. I am starting to wish I got a shirt but I could not pass on the LP box set; I nearly pulled the trigger a couple weeks ago.

    Favourite bootleg cover?

I also agree with those who like a good in concert photo, like the aforementioned White summer.

    Favourite bootleg cover?

I love how the utter simplicity seems to amplify the mysterious nature of the contents inside...

    1968 Promo

Any official promo would have something like 'copyright Atlantic Records' in the fine print. An insert in a record would either be smaller than 12" by 12", or have creases from being folded to fit in a sleeve. From the information you have, I suspect it's an 'unauthorized' poster sold in a head shop or possibly a one-of-a-kind piece from someone who enlarged the promo photos.

    One of a kind mis-print?

If you want details about the run-off, go here: http://forums.stevehoffman.tv/. WARNING: Be prepared to have your eyes roll to the back of your head after 20 minutes... PS: I may have overvalued it a tad; I found three mispresses that have sold on ebay in the last few years and they all sold in the $50-150 range: A UK edition of the debut with side 1 on both sides, a German II that had the Doors on side 2, and a US HOTH that had instrumental synth music on side 1.

    1968 Promo

The only American promo poster for the first record is the one advertising Ampex tapes: I know of no vintage promo posters with printing on both sides. You need to provide more details, like pics or at least the exact size and if there is any fine print along the bottom.

    One of a kind mis-print?

This type of error is certainly very rare; value-wise it's in the $300-$600 range. Can we have more details about the pressing?

    Led Zeppelin in Mono?

The question to ask is why was there a mono HOTH? Does anyone know of any mono edition of the fourth album?

    Led Zeppelin in Mono?

As mentioned earlier, there are no dedicated Mono mixes.

    Led Zeppelin in Mono?

I, II, III, and HOTH all have US mono promo issues.

    Best high fidelity zepp stuff

If you're looking only for CD, just stick to the new reissues.

  19. I don't want to dignify this with a comment but I figured someone here was going to post this so might as well get it over with: http://www.msn.com/en-us/music/news/all-74-led-zeppelin-songs-ranked-from-worst-to-best/ar-AAdHKFc
  20. The author is a woman, so I don't have a problem with her downgrading songs due to sexist lyrics. The annoying bit, besides the few obvious factual errors, is that the opening paragraph lauds Page's production, and then she bitches about the poor production of half the songs.

    Looking for rare poster

  22. So Monarch pressings are considered superior to the others?
  23. I saw that too in a couple of threads there, but it makes no sense why a record company would manufacture a separate plate for a promo copy of a record. It is much more likely it's a reference to the pressing plant or the initials of the mastering technician.
