It's called a tax disc, it was a legal requirement to display one here in the UK up until 2015. Renewed yearly or six monthly, it's now all done online. The Bike itself being B reg was first registered in May 64 so only has a six month tax duty paid.

Absolutely lashing it down, two days on the trot. Just reseeded my back lawn at the beginning of the week so rain is most welcome, saves me going out with the hosepipe three/four times a day.

It sounds daft maybe, but compared to Zeppelin, Queen are a new band. Zeppelin unleashed their fifth album HOTH around about the time Queen released their first. By the time Queen came around my musical tastes were firmly established and there was no room for Queen never has been and never will be. They're a pop group compared to Zeppelin. I've been listening to Zeppelin for months maybe a year short of fifty years and still listen to them regularly. I'll always have room for them, even ITTOD gets a listen now and xen.

Ha Ha, it was actually to do with something on another forum where discussion should only ever be civil (basically) . Differing opinions are often seen to be argumentative, which can be true, it's just how the opposing viewpoint is worded, a "banter type" response though friendly "to me" can be seen as offensive. Anyway the footie, finally. I thought we played well for some of the game but not enough. We did well in that we didn't get beat in game time, only conceded three goals, we did ok, better than I expected. What wasn't good was the shameful behaviour of a number of attendees (I won't call them fans), booing the opposition(what's that about), absolutely no need. Throwing missiles, pitch invasion, breaking and entering to get a freebie, to name a few things. Worst of all the cowardly racist attacks on Rashford, Saka and Sancho via "Twit-ish".

Well then England have made the final in a major tournament for the first time since 1966. Can we win against Italy, it'll be difficult against a team of drama queens, their players going down at every "tickle", yep tickle never mind the tackles. We have the so called "home advantage" with the game being played at Wembley, that may help a little. So roll on Sunday, it'll be feet up, a few ready rolled at the ready, a mug of PG or three on the go and a small pack of choc digestives should make the evening. No expectations, just a lot of hope. Good luck England.

You were almost right there Rick, you called the 4 but got the 1 wrong, good prediction though. England keep their no goals conceded clean sheet. Up next, Denmark at Wembley on Wednesday.

I do hope that England will beat Ukraine, with a clean sheet hopefully. I wouldn't predict a score though, just going to keep my fingers crossed this won't be an easy game.

Yeah, Grealish made all the difference, such a great player. Pleased that Kane got on the score sheet too, he does need to get his finger out a bit more though, his touches of the ball where barely into double figures when he scored. Have to say well done England.

You missed the Jordan Henderson goal then, unfortunately chalked off for offside. I managed to stay awake, only because I fell asleep for half an hour or so watching the six o'clock news. I'm with you on the humiliation in the next game, we may be lucky if we get Hungary, bur The Germans, French, or Portuguese, no chance.

Well I got that one wrong, England group winners, really didn't expect that, with no goals conceded, only two goal scored though.
Mustn't be negative be negative about the next game but it'll be either Germany, France, Portugal or Hungary, all difficult games.
Anyway, we'll see.

Which Brits Rick, England, Scotland or Wales, at the moment I'm looking at Scotland joining Wales in the last sixteen. We English have little chance of overcoming the Czhecs, we'll be on our way home Wednesday morning and manager Gareth "Waistcoat" Southgate will be looking for another job. Like CP said he hasn't got a clue.
