Puck Slapping Maple Sucker
I was actually named after a dog. My family told me before I was born, this nice little small terrier would visit and play in thier yard. They thought itss name was Tyler since that's what it said on the tag of its collar. It's good to know that I'm somewhat not alone.

TheBulle
I thought I was going to open this thread and find out that someone got named "Strider". Guess not. Hey me too! Speaking of 'Strider'...I have a friend who had a baby sister and her parents called the baby Galadriel like in the Lord of The Rings... But I guess it could have been worse...imagine if she had been born a boy they would have called the baby Frodo or something...
Levee
Levee, maybe you were conceived 'doggiestyle'! Kaz sr!!! Nobody wants to think about Mom and Dad......... I didn't want to do this, but you leave me no choice.............You're grounded. And No TV or Frank for the rest of the day!
TheBulle
When you try not to associate the name with the Lord Of The Rings, Galadriel sounds quite pretty. Yeah, it does actually... I also like Arwen! Actually, I prefer Arwen as a name! It sounds a bit more 'normal' than Galadriel!
manderlyh
KAZ! No bueno! Levee, at least you didn't have http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Dq2pIQ1Jx0.. :'( too bad my mom named me instead of my dad. I would have been something rock related. My sister's name is Brittany because my dad thought that Britain is the birth of good rock.
