apantherfrommd Posted January 5, 2017 Share Posted January 5, 2017 In my job, I care for the health of others, both physically, and mentally. I care for their comfort. I had a person today who asked my company for me specifically to tend to him. He told the nurse "Yes, this man is my friend. He is easy to make friends with." That made me feel good inside. I'm not "proud", but very appreciative to be given the opportunity to be in the position I am in. I feel I'm doing no more than what we all should do for one another. When I get awards, and co-workers tell me that I've made employee of the week out of hundreds, I brush it off. I shrug my shoulders. But if I have to say I am proud of something...
