MVez
Just picked up a Led Zep 1 album with blue lettering on the cover. Did research on the color of lettering and found info on the turquoise lettering but my album is more blueish. The vinyl label matches the characteristics of a rare album. Does anyone have or have info on this version of blue lettering on the cover sleeve. One article indicated that the bluer color is a result of the printer and that the print was at the end of the batch printing. I've only seen one other LZ1 with blue lettering (not torquoise) on ebay.
tmtomh
Very interesting! It's almost certainly one of these two 2011 pressings, which according to discogs are counterfeits: https://www.discogs.com/Led-Zeppelin-Led-Zeppelin/release/3766302 https://www.discogs.com/Led-Zeppelin-Led-Zeppelin/release/9162329 It's definitely not a 1969 pressing. Oleg
There are so many differences between copy and original, so you don't need to think about color variants
