IpMan
One of the best live bands without doubt. I was lucky enough to see them play at The Bird Cage Saloon in Prescott, AZ when they were first starting out around 1988. Everyone in the place was blown away which was quite the nod as The Bird Cage is not a place you want to play unless your shit is seriously together. The crowd is (or I should say was) 50% hardcore outlaw bikers, 25% frat boys either up from ASU or down from NAU, and 25% locals. If the bikers don't like the band, its best the band exit the stage and leave out the back toute suite...the place is a regular slaughterhouse. The band was on that night and the place was wild, a real give and take between audience and band. You could quite literally feel the power and emotion. What a band. OceanZoso
Love King's X, great underrated band! A great mix of heavy, funky, and progressive.. Have seen them twice, but never as a headliner, once as an opener for Porcupine Tree in 2009, and once on the M3 Rock Festival in MD in 2013
