1970 at a friends house. We were casually playing records, Beatles, Stones, Doors, etc. Then he put on Led Zeppelin II, Side 2, starting with Heartbreaker. We listened to the whole side of the record....over....and....over....and....over. I was never the same.

I saw Dio with Rainbow in the mid 70's, saw Dio with Sabbath in 80 and 82. Dio was a great singer and frontman. I still LOVE the 1980 Black Sabbath Heaven and Hell album. Live on stage with Sabbath, I initially had trouble with Dio performing the old Sabbath numbers, he sounded too gothic/classical, but I warmed up to him later on. He will be dearly missed.

I saw Rainbow in December of '75 in Seattle, WA at the Paramount Theater. I was a huge Deep Purple fan so I had to check them out. They were brilliant! There were a lot of empty seats though, sad.

I love Black Sabbath! I've seen them 6 times. Supernaut is underplayed and underrated.
