"Black & Blue" is a good album, better than the majority of "It's Only Rock N Roll". I've always really like "Hey Negrita" a lot. Ronnie wrote the music to that one, no songwriting credit of course, but he recieves credit for "inspiration" lol.
"Goats Head Soup" doesnt get enough credit. "Coming Down Again" is one of Keiths best songs & probably his best lead vocal. "Can You Hear The Music", their last great grab at druggy psychedelia. "Winter" is beautiful. Great album.
I love It's Only Rock N Roll. Luxury, Ain't Too Proud to Beg, If You Can't Rock Me and Short And Curlies etc
And I love Goats Head Soup! Hide Your Love, Silver Train, etc...

Trespass is another great album. A very special album. Anthony Phillips was/is a very good guitarist. The Knife is a very cool track, and Stagnation, Looking For Someone and Visions of Angels, etc.

Indeed. The Brussels 10-17-73 show is the best thing the Stones ever did.
One of the best shows.

Not sure if this has been discussed, but...What do you Stones afficionados(spelling??) think of the Black and Blue LP. I likes it.
I like Black & Blue, of course, I like all the Stones albums. Not my favourite, the weakest Stones 70s albums, (in my opinion). I love Hand Of Fate - the Four Flicks Paris version is fantastic - Memory Motel, is another great one. And Fool to Cry is nice.
-
I love 'Ripples' off A Trick of The Tail, hard to pick a bad song off the album, they're all fantastic.
Me too. One of the best albums ever.

I love Genesis, especially the 70-78 era. My favourite album is A Trick Of The Tail, fantastic album, Squonk, Dance On A Volcano, Ripples, Mad Man Moon etc, many fantastic songs. Selling England By The Pound is another favourite, I love the guitarsolo in Firth Of Fifth, and the guitars in Cinema Show, Dancing With The Moonlight Knightm is another great one from Selling England. I Know What I like is not my favourite. But the live version is nice. Foxtrot is another of my favourite albums, Watcher Of The Skies is a perfect opener on the album and Suppers Ready are a perfect closer. Can-Utility And The Coastliners is a very underrated track. The live album 'Live' is a great album, only five songs... I love the 'Live' Musical Box version, and the Knife version on Live is also fantastic. Steve's Knife solo is so cool! Seconds Out is another great live album, great set, Suppers Ready, Los Endos, Firth Of Fifth, The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway, etc. Burning Rope is a cool song, Mike's solo is great.
A Lamb reunion next year, thanks.
