  1. Isn't it kind of unfair to compare composers from two to three hundred years ago to today? There were far fewer genres and far fewer songs then so wouldn't it be significantly easier to have a unique style and create something completely original? And even though this could never be proven do we know for a fact that they didn't lift anything from unknown local musicians? Remember there wasn't an established publishing or recording industry back then so I'm thinking it would be easy to do that.
  2. Yeah there was. I'm thinking the gunshot was dubbed at that point because when the firecracker exploded Robert was in the middle of an "ahhh" and he reacted by cutting it short and trailing off. Hope that makes sense.
  3. I used to think it was "different" also but after listening to a boot from the 29th he repeats the line and the second time it is clearly "gentle".
  4. An Alice In Chains boot from December 1992 - Love Hate Love specifically. Amazing soundboard recording.
  5. I had a boot of a 1971 show in Osaka. Bonzo wandered off and nobody knew where he was. While Jimmy was strumming his acoustic waiting to start Tangerine, Robert asked the crowd to yell "BONZO!" on the count of three. After that someone said something he didn't like so he responded with a "Fuck you mate! Where is he?". Always made me chuckle. Wish I still had it.
