Led Zeppelin (oviously), The Yardbirds, and all the wonderful music of the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Being a fan of the Yardbirds as I am, I love Keith Relf the MOST, but, Jimmy is of course my second favorite. :D

Robert, Jimmy, Keith <3
1. 'The Yardbirds' - great !

2. Opps, I posted twice back here! Sorry about that, must have just been excited about The Yardbirds! haha Anyway, more Yardies to look at----> Jimmy and Keith with some round glasses. I <3 the round glasses! (And the men in them...) ~yardieluvr
3. Yes, I agree with you. The Yardbirds and their time with Jimmy was indeed very innovative. I like to look at the evolution of that band, the way that when they had Clapton they were very blues, then Beck they went more pop, and finally with Jimmy where they became experimental and psychedelic. When he joined the band the band really changed, and in my opinion, they changed to the purest form of their musical talent. A great band. ~yardieluvr

5. PlanetPage, that article is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing that! Oh my gosh, I could sit here all day staring at pictures of the Yardbirds! Keith and Jimmy are so adorable! haha. Is the book you all are talking about, that one by Alan Clayson? I really want to get that one, I have heard it has many neat stories and photos in it. More Yardies! I don't think this one was posted before...sorry if it was, but its one of my favorites. ~yardieluvr.
6. This is a good thread. I like to see the photos of the band when they first started too. Not to mention, Jimmy still had some of that "Yardbirds" look about him which I admire so much. ~yardieluvr
7. Oh excellent! I just discovered this thread, this is among my favorites! Robert + Jimmy=Perfection! ~yardieluvr
8. I've got two at the moment. This one was fairly ovious... Keith Relf, and a whole band being "The Action." They were a mod band from the mid-60s, and played mostly soul music covers, they are a really fantastic band, their lead singer Reggie King has such a great voice for singing soul. I wish they could have been bigger or at least have more people know who they are. Its hard to choose just one of their songs to share, but this one was their only song to have chart success. Its just a song, cause there isn't that much footage of the band, and Reggie is the one in the center with the blonde hair. If you want to check out more of the band, you have to search up their cover of "Harlem Shuffle" it is so good. ~yardieluvr
9. Robert is so very photogenic. One whole corner of my room is wallpapered in his photographs. haha. There are so many here that I haven't seen before, I love them, thanks for sharing! ~yardieluvr.
10. Oh wow, that is a really nice one, I had never seen before. They look like they all just came from the stage, all sweaty. Keith looks so amazing in this one. gosh, I just love him! ~yardieluvr. I decided to share a bit of my Yardies photos, just one for now, Its from the same photo session as another already posted.
