Last evening: Lobster Mac and cheese at Johnnies at the West End on Portland Street, Boston. OMG. And Corona. With a lime. Today: We are heading out the door soon for some mini golf and steaks at a yet-to-be-determined location in the Leominster area of Massachusetts..(near Mt Wachusett).. But for now? An ice cold Savignon Blanc and Kettle corn. Don't judge me.

Heading into Boston shortly to spend a few hours in town before dropping off the girls at the Justin Bieber concert! I have a small army of teens invading my living room afterwards for a sleepover!! I am not getting any shut eye tonight!! Hahaha

A fresh caught sea bass off Cape Cod. There was enough to feed all 15 of us. Delivered to our clinic in person by the fisherman who caught it. A patient. Evidently a grateful one. I am humbled everyday by people.

Take your shots, peeps, but I am sitting here sobbing while watching "Keeping up with the Kardashians". They are talking about cancer and the impact it can have on people's lives in a way that is real and raw. This show has opened up discussion with my daughter, which is always a positive. I am not one to bring work home, so this particular episode allowed me to have a meaningful conversation without me starting it. I mean, what teenager wants to listen to their Mom talk about cancer patients? Kudos to the Kardashian writers.
