  1. That's was hilarious Kiwi! Thanks for posting it! Yes, it's slightly controversial, but I'm sure you'll get away with on here!
  2. I'm glad to hear that you're supporting England Kiwi. My partner was up until the early hours again last night watching it. One of his colleagues is an Aussie and everyone at work who's watching the cricket keeps taking the piss, leaving him messages on the door to his office in jest! But as you say Kiwi, it could all turn around very qucikly.
  3. A Christmas one for you Kiwi. I used to watch this cartoon as a child on Christmas eve. This was the closest you ever got to swearing in a kids cartoon - 17 uses of the word 'bloomin' in this song alone! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upu1TslhOHE
  4. Thanks Matt for sharing those amazing photos of Jimmy's book.

  5. I'm so relieved Kiwi! Keep posting those beauties!
  6. Oh Kiwi, I was only joking. I hope you're not offended!
  7. Thanks for sending me the photos of Jimmy's book Kiwi. That has really made my day!:D

  8. That old woman is really cool. Is that what you want to look like when you're 80!? Yes, Jennifer Saunders is great. I love Joanna Lumbley too. She was great in The Avengers, a real sex symbol!
  9. They're some really classy ladies Kiwi. I wished my grandmother looked like the one in the pink jeans!
  10. Thank you Michelle. It's great to be back on here.:D

  11. I love the look of women from the 1920s, very stylish and spohisticated. Unknown model from 1919 Louise Lombard from The House of Elliot
  12. Hi Kiwi, check out my additions to the 'beautiful men' thread!;)

  13. So glad to be back on here with my friends after my rather short hiatus!:D

  14. This one is so cute! Edited to highlight the fact that they're guinea pigs, not chipmunks! They just sound like chipmunks.
  15. Hi Kiwi Fun Christmas songs, what a great idea. Just what this forum needs! All the above songs are really great finds, hilarious! My favourite is the 'Christmas poo' song! I was thinking my little nephew would love that, then it got a bit 'rude' towards the end and I thought maybe not! I'm sure there's plenty more to come! I have some to post, if I can find them, which are a bit more 'innocent'!
  16. I'm so happy to be back on here with you! I know we're going to have lots of fun!;):D

  17. Hi Michelle, don't worry Kiwi and I have decided to come back on the forum!:D I'm here if you ever want to talk.:) Magic

  18. Thank you for being so understanding and for your support. It really means a lot to me. :)

  19. Thank you so much Emily for the lovely comments you left on my profile. You're one of the lovely members on here that made me decide to reverse my decision to leave. I'm looking forward to returning to the forum one day soon and having some fun!:)

  20. Just wanted to add, that there are some lovely members on here. I had lots of PMs from 'quieter' posters expressing their support. If you want to know the ugly details of what happened have a look at that 'No Page' thread in the pre/post Zep section! When I return it will be for fun and for my friends like you and Kiwi!:)

  21. Thank you so much for the comments you left on profile. You're right there are lots of ignorant, rude and confrontational people on here. I was really upset by some of their comments directed towards me. I am taking a temporary break from the forum, and I am determined they're not going to drive me away. I look forward to speaking to you again soon.:)

  22. Thank you so much for your comments left on my profile. I have been upset by some of the members' behaviour here, and I'm taking a temporary break from the forum. I'm not going to let nasty comments drive me away permanently! I look forward to chatting with you when I return.:)

  23. Hi Aeon, I'm okay, I'm just getting over a nasty cold. Yes, Monsoon is a lovely store, and their clothes and accessories are such good quality. I know it's so easy to be tempted to buy lots of things!: )

  24. Naomi Watts is very beautiful and I really loved her in King Kong and also the Painted Veil - she's great in period films. But you're right, she is way too thin, but she had a good excuse in King Kong as I believe it was set at the time of the Great Depression. Nearly everyone was starving then!
