There was a tsunami warning issued for the west coast in California. So far the rise in tide has been relatively minor to barely noticeable.

^Two foot waves are easier than the twenty foot ones that clobbered Samoa.

I did not hear any reports on the radio about California tides this morning, so no news is good news. As for the earthquake in Indonesia, it was a whopper.
