  1. does anyone know what these are about?
  2. does anyone know anymore about this, I noticed his les paul still has the kluson tuners which would help narrow it down
  3. i'm guessing 69 but i don't have any other info
  4. I'm guessing this is the first American tour because of the Transonic speaker cabinets
  5. Thanks cookie. Mark I found it witha bunch of other photos on google. I'll try to find it for you.
  6. Well...I feel stupid, I just saw this picture already posted on the timeline for baltimore 70
  7. another cool thought, the Wheaton show has been mislabeled as Baltimore and they are only about 45 minutes away from each other. As far as I know Mr. Richards was huge in the DC area which Wheaton is a suburb of so it makes more sense that this is not Baltimore. Zeppelin did play in Baltimore in 70 but I have a feeling this is from Wheaton
  8. Okay this picture is really cool, some of you might have heard that Zeppelin played a show in Wheaton MD January 20th 1969, however this has never been confirmed. No proof has ever surfaced either. The man in this picture is the person who is claimed to have put on the show and claims himself that they did play. it is on the timeline but again no proof. I sent this picture to Mr. Richards to see if he would give me any details and I'm waiting on a reply. The year is wrong but it could be a labeled 70 instead of 69 or it really is 70 and has nothing to do with the unconfirmed show in Wheaton.
  9. I'm not sure where or when this is, looks like 84 or 85
  10. I have never seen this one before
  11. Yardbirds in 66 but does anyone have anymore info on this picture?
  12. I'm almost sure that is not the same guitar.
  13. apparently Larry Dimarzio said page used the Black beauty on whole lotta love and I have read that more than once as well. Also heard he used that Vox hybrid solid state tube head on that track too.
  14. I thought Jeff was mad at Jimmy for recording you shook me and why would jeff be at a business meeting for a band he had nothing to do with?
  15. Awesome pictures from the January 69 Boston Tea Party shows. Cool shots of the Transonic amp and cabs, spotted the Arbiter head there too.
  16. Sweet thanks, yea that's the site I got them from. I was thinking it was only the angle of his drums as well.
  17. Actually, that last picture looks nothing like the Boston Tea Party, in fact it also looks like John Bonham is using two bass drums.
  18. Are these from the boston tea party shows in 69?
