Hi cerisaye! Welcome! If you have a Led Zep and/or Robert obsession, you've come to the right place!! I know exactly what you mean when you say no one understands... I think alot of us are in the same situation. I too, have been a fan for years but it never ocurred to me until recently that I could use the internet to satisfy my fix! I recently said to a good friend that it was like having a few really tasty, but very limited treats back in the 70's and now being exposed to an all you can eat Led Zeppelin/Robert online buffet!!! There's pictures and videos and chat rooms and web boards.... I've been pigging out for months now and have no plans to stop!!

Don't feel bad, Roxie, I too am making everyone around me nuts with this "Robert thing"... husband wants to know if I'm "over it" yet... are ya kidding?! I'd have to be DEAD!

OMG!!!! THANK YOU KMS!!!! Okay, I'm gonna keep my comments clean here but I can tell ya, my thoughts are anything BUT!

I actually had such a great day yesterday with my nephew. He's 10 and he's so into Zeppelin right now! It may be partially because his father (my brother) and I are but I think he really does like the music too. He danced around my house all day yesterday, playing air guitar and singing songs like No Quarter, Nobody's Fault But Mine (he even does the "ah-ah's"!), etc. It was great!! I told him that I had a crush on Robert Plant and he said he has a crush on Jimmy Page (not fully understanding what a crush is!!)... you can tell he's definitely related to me as my husband says!!

I believe I am responsible for some of the naughty comments that have been posted about some of these pictures. I just wanted to say that I really didn't mean to offend anyone. I think sometimes people feel free to let loose a little online because of the whole anonymity aspect. I love looking at the pictures but they certainly don't affect my day to day life either. If I say I can't function after looking at them or something like that, it's an exaggeration. Anyway, just wanted to apologize to anyone that took offense... it's all in fun.

Excellent idea! As long as I get my turn, I'll be a happy camper!! I seriously hope Robert somehow knows we still lust after him like this... Have to be sneaky today... I have my 10 year old nephew hanging out with me. He's totally into Zep... so cute to hear a small little voice say, "Put on No Quarter!!" But he certainly can't see what his old aunt writes about Percy!

LOL!!! I just love when he says that.. then again, I love when he says anything! He could tell me to drop dead and I would grin from ear to ear just at the thought of him speaking to me!!

Keep, you sound EXACTLY like me!!! Except I don't have any kids to drive around (by choice)... maybe I could drive my dog places.. she doesn't even know how to change the radio station!! I find myself driving to and from work REAL slowly these days, especially if a good Zep song is on, even though I have all the CD's!! And I've discovered that Zep is actually good for your health.. one of my pastimes is jogging.. another of my pastimes is sitting around listening to Zep, pigging out and doing nothing! Anyway, I've been trying to do more running and less pigging... and I find when I listen to Zep, I run longer and faster so it's a good thing. Of course, I must look ridiculous playing air guitar, playing air drums and air singing while jogging!! Oh well... Uh oh, The Lemon Song is on now... "Squeeze my lemon till the juice runs down my leg..." I sure hope there are no light bulbs near me, Sunray!!!

Damn... song's over. It was Ramble On.. and yeah, I could Ramble On and On and On and On about Percy!! I keep all my CD's... not the originals of course, those stay at home safe and sound... in a CD "wallet" that I carry back and forth from my car most days. I really need to just burn another set! Every afternoon after lunch time for the last several months, I have a little private concert in my office! My husband just doesn't understand how I could listen to the same songs over and over... to me, of course, it makes perfect sense and I don't get sick of it. My obsession cooled a little over the years (not that I ever didn't like them or him) but with all the hype from last month's show, the new CD's/DVD's that are out, Robert's album with Alison and grammy nomination, the fact that VH1 keeps playing Led Zeppelin Live (from the DVD's), the fact that now the DVD's are on my computer hard drive, that fact that you guys keep posting the most unbelievably gorgeous pics of Percy, etc., etc., it's like finding an old flame again and the obsession rages on! This time though it's worse and it's hear to stay!! My husband can just "get over" that!!!
