About Me

Favorite Bands/Artists: Led Zeppelin, The Black Crowes, Bob Dylan,The Who, The Grateful Dead, Bob Marley & The Wailers, The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, The Beatles, The Yardbirds, Toots & The Maytals, Jeff Beck, Stephen Marley, The Doors, Rich Robinson, The Rolling Stones, Sublime, Iron Maiden, The Dillards, Frank Zappa, Martha Scanlan, Reeltime Travelers, Stone Temple Pilots, Van Halen (the old Roth stuff) and many more I can't think of right now.

Favorite TV Shows: Futurama, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Survivorman (NOT Survivor!), Lost, The Universe, Malcolm In The Middle, Grounded For Life, Seinfeld, Family Guy (the older ones), Frasier, and lots of old shows like M*A*S*H (the ones with Trapper and Henry are the best), All In The Family, The Andy Griffith Show (the b&w ones), Bewitched, The Monkees, Cheers, Wings (great show but little known). Pretty much anything about space. I love stuff about space and the universe, as well as stuff about Earth.

Movies: The Blues Brothers (NOT the second one, first one only), Raising Arizona, The Jerk, Better Off Dead, O Brother Where Art Thou (great soundtrack), Airplane!, Trading Places, Animal House (of course), any of the Austin Powers series, Dumb and Dumber, Sixteen Candles, TSRTS, Festival Express, and lots of other music documentaries and things like that.

I've been a Led Zeppelin fan since I was very young. They unseated The Beatles as my favorite when I heard Heartbreaker on the radio for the first time, and I bought Zep II shortly thereafter. I have tons of what I guess people would call "bootlegs" - they're just live recordings to me - of all types of different bands to keep me busy as far as listening goes! I love playing drums and guitar - I'm the vocalist/guitarist of a local band that's been playing around my area for quite some time. Guitars of choice: cream/white American-made Fender Telecaster, flame burst Gibson Les Paul Custom (recently overhauled and refurbished), cherry-red Gibson SG, 1978 Gibson J-200 acoustic. Ludwig and Premier drums!
