Thirty minute video but there's a cut between YTIGC and Levee. According to the set list NQ followed YTIGC but he steps away from the organ straight after the opener, so...? Anyway, enjoy.

Also, this video isn't one person's 30-minute clip but instead someone has downloaded other people's videos and edited them together without credit into one longer video.

I think it's pretty obvious that Page using the EDS at the Link Wray tribute was done as an advertisement. No other need for such a guitar for a three chord song. Wouldn't surprise me if Gibson asked him to use it as an early promotion. But, such is the business side of rock stardom.

It's also worth mentioning that Jimmy Page used that performance to debut his new Super Dragon amps which were then publicly revealed weeks later and are being sold online using photos of Page at that performance to promote them.

  3. It's a shame that the photos section of the website is now inaccessible. It's thankfully archived on the Wayback Machine here: https://web.archive.org/web/20240216201744/https://jimmypage.com/photos

The live section is archived here: https://web.archive.org/web/20240216201642/https://jimmypage.com/live

And the discography is archived here: https://web.archive.org/web/20240216201650/https://jimmypage.com/discography

  4. If they're attributing footage to Superhype Music Inc then that's an outdated attribution - there are no currently trading businesses under that name in the US or UK. Superhype Music existed in the UK from 1974 to 1985, and it's likely another company with the same name existed in the late sixties and was shut down by the early seventies.

The New York State business records referenced in the Discogs post refer to a Super Hype Music Inc set up in 1991 and shut down in 1997 and registered to an accountancy firm in New York, I haven't been able to show a link between that business and Led Zeppelin.

Did BC start managing Plant in 1982?  I've never heard that before - I thought it was Phil Carson that managed him early on.  It's confusing.  Also - the selling of publishing shocks me, there isn't a lot of info about that.

I'm also very curious about the sale of Robert's publishing rights for Led Zeppelin music. I've tried digging around on it but found no reliable sources on what happened and when.

So is it the fact that ☝🏼Now reads

    “VIDEO UNAVAILABLE”

the chances are greater that we WILL really get something special & fresh from the  NEW documentary ?

What is the official reason why its now unavailable from YOU TUBE?

    Im assuming ITS  BEEN PULLED

or made unavailable for this reason ?

    so OMG !

    The “documentary”

    IS GOING TO BE GREAT!!!

The video was taken down because of a copyright claim from the video archive company that uploaded the footage - the takedown isn't connected to "Becoming Led Zeppelin" (which apparently ends around the Royal Albert Hall 1970 show)

  7. Both Reddit users used the exact phrase "original 1976 Object" in their posts with the same capitalisation of "Object". They also both linked to the auction's Led Zeppelin category, not the item link itself. To me, this suggests they're the same person promoting the listing from different Reddit accounts.

  8. There is something suspicious about the online posts promoting this Gottahaverockandroll auction.

Firstly, the user pattytheleadballon made two separate threads on this forum promoting a specific listing. Firstly, they claimed "I've always wanted a real one" then claimed they already own the item being sold.

Separately, a Reddit user u/Kind_Profile_6662 has also been promoting the auction on Reddit, again with the claim their aunt left The Object being auctioned to them: https://www.reddit.com/user/Kind_Profile_6662/

And another Reddit user u/Eight3er has also been promoting the same auction and same lot on Reddit, posting the same links in the same Led Zeppelin-related subreddits: https://www.reddit.com/user/Eight3er

To me, this appears to be the auction house attempting to promote auction listings to Led Zeppelin fan communities.

  9. Worth flagging whenever it comes to Led Zeppelin auctions from gottahaverockandroll:

They have repeatedly listed for sale drum sticks claimed by Jeff Ocheltree to have belonged to John Bonham, despite John's son Jason Bonham publicly denying this in an Instagram post. Previous thread on this subject here:
