I like the system of compiling the list, but so many bands in the wrong place, for example: Black Sabbath should be way higher, U2 way lower, Duran Duran shouldn't be on the list, same with The Black Eyed Peas(shouldn't be on the list). Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Motorhead should all be higher, I could go on and on.

I'd recommend Celebration Day: The Led Zeppelin Encyclopedia, I thought it was a good read. But it's a reference book and not a biography.
