Hi Daniel. I also hope that the theme tune from Shaft does not replay over and over in you head until the new year. We've gone from Zeppelin to Shaft in one giant leap. Thanks for the lyrics. All the best. ZISH.

Hi Tazz. My only advice to you would be just keep at it. Just keep listening and learning. It will always be hard at first but do not give up. You will be glad when don't because of the amount of pleasure you will get and hopefully other people will get. Good luck and thank you for the kind words. ZISH.

Hey azad. Thanks for your comments. I know lot's of people learn note for note on all ranges of music but I think because I basically taught myself and can not read music, I would never be able to learn it that way. Hence, My stuff is based on the original but with my slant. Thanks again. ZISH.

I used to go and watch at Manticore. It was around the corner to where I lived. Led Zeppelin did frequently go to The Red Lion, which changed name to The Goldon Lion. I also watched Barclay James Harvest and Bethnel rehearse there. Manticore had a full size stage and was used for the 1977 American Tour. The Golden Lion is where Jimmy presented one of his guitars to a Canadian man, who had won 'The Capital Radio,'Save A London Child', "Silly Party Night Raffle. In December 1982. I was there that night, which I have previously written about. As an extra snippet, the last film to be shown before

Hi azad. On a personal note, I would stay left handed, only because you will be adding a problem where there isn't one by going right handed, just a thought. I'm sure that you will find a leftie, although I'm saying this and my daughter is left handed but naturally played right handed, when she started. She actually asked me which way to play, left or right handed, I just said see what is comfortable. I know it probably would introduce yet another problem but what about getting a right hander and restring it to left handed? Just thinking out load here. I hope I haven't mudded the water furth -

Hi SteveAJones. Thank you for that but please don't say any more then that though. I am trying to just listen and enjoy the site, without getting too involved. There was a problem in the past, which I do not want repeated. Again, Thank you. Kind regards ZISH. -

Hey babysquid. The photo was just to add to the thread. It was not to prove anything. The one thing you are right about, is that it is a common enough turn of phrase. As far as bet on my going out for a beer with Jimmy, I would not bet more than you could afford. You never know who is writing on this very fine site. ZISH.
