Also, listened to Stairway to Heaven 1977/06/25 awhile ago, and I've gotta say, this would be my favourite LA version if it weren't for that loud firecracker boom at the start.
I love that part! Really adds to the vibe of actually being there. Definitely my fave Stairway of the run.

For me 6/25/77 is the best. What an ENORMOUS performance. However, my personal favorite is Earl's Court 5/25. It was that video on youtube that made me delve into Zeppelin's live madness.

Going through the Southampton 1.22.73 show, currently on Dazed and Confused. This show gets a lot of flac for being a sloppy performance, but I quite enjoy it. Not to mention the encores!

Jimmy seemed to have a thing for August 31, as he threw in a bit of White Summer during Dazed and Confused on August 31, 1971 in Orlando, too!
I was mistaken, I was listening to the '71 show in Orlando, not sure why I put 1969 hah.
