Was just watching the MST3K episode "Pod People", and one of the robots during the film riffed in a British accent, "John Bonham, Moby Dick!"...Threw me for a loop, I love that the MST3K guys listen to Led Zeppelin as well, particularly the live stuff!
Paris, October 10th, 1969....Great show, especially the Good Times Bad Times intro. A nice early performance of Heartbreaker, too, and a truly magnificent How Many More Times. Surprised I never heard this show before today, it's wonderful.
On Publix's brand of crackers, each kind has a different tagline that includes a play on words. One reads, "Snackway to Heaven".
Sorry, the image is really shoddy, but it's the only one I could find.
Whole Lotta Love 3-20-75 (Snowblind)
Damn, its explosive, one of the best versions I've ever heard of the song.
I just wish they'd done the solo and finished the song, rather than going right into Heartbreaker.
I'd say Zoso is the best, though it's the only one I've seen live. Amazing performance, and I had the privilege to shake hands with all of them after the show. Very kind and talented people, highly recommended if they ever come to your area.
I would suggest checking out the "Hello Mary Lou" segment during HTWWW "Whole Lotta Love", it's at about the ten minute mark...Also, in TSRTS's "Whole Lotta Love", I'd suggest "Boogie Mama", it's about 30 secs after Jimmy's solo.
