I finally got to watch "It Might Get Loud" at the movies. And it was totally worth the waiting. Great movie, I had a fantastic time watching Jimmy Page on the screen. :D And it was also nice to see Sam Rapallo's name on the final credits.

I LOVE Led Zeppelin, but I can't stand the fantasy sequences of TSRTS. I felt embarrassed at the time as I first watched the film, I still feel bad for the boys till this day. I'm glad none of them ever considered an acting career. Yes, I'm also a stupid critic. One that LOVES Led Zeppelin though.

I just saw it on the news. Really amazing. I hope the dust vanishes soon, slave to zep.

I watched "Up" today at the movies. I liked it a lot. But for me the most special thing was to see the landscape that they recreated on that animation....it's a tepui, and the inspiration for the film is the tepui (table mountain) between Brazil and Venezuela, the Mount Roraima. It's very, very similar to Chapada Diamantina, in Bahia, one of my (and Jimmy Page's ) favorite places on earth. Now I HAVE to go to Roraima mountain. But if I never manage it, Chapada will do well too. :D
