Looks like he is playing two drum kits on this tour?

I was skeptical when i first heard of this band coming together. I picked this record up today and i must say I was blown away! The whole band is great! But Glenn Hughes still sings like he did in the 70's and still sounds as good! Great Band IMHO! I hope they stick around for a while! John Bonham would be very proud!

DIO Dream Evil! R.I.P. Ronnie James Dio!

I have seen Roger Waters twice with Pink Floyd for Animals tour and The Wall tour...I also saw him in 2007 at MSG in NYC and it was one of the best shows I have seen...

Have never seen any video from this concert in circulation. MTV filmed their concert at the same venue the previous night, and it originally aired on Feb 23, 1985 as The Firm Live at Hammersmith Odeon. It was only 32 mins 30 secs
of interview and performance highlights. I have the complete (unreleased) MTV video footage. It runs about two hrs
and begins in the dressing with Ahmet Ertegun in a discussion with Jimmy. Ahmet mentions Eric Clapton expressed a favorable opinion, to which Jimmy seems genuinely pleased. Jimmy also explains to the camermen how he moves
about on stage and cautions them to stay clear. Roy Harper and David Gilmour attended both shows as guests of Jimmy's.
Wow! Can you burn me a copy? I used to work with Tony Franklin ages ago in a band called Blue Murder with John Sykes and Carmine Appice. Really great guy and great bass player!

How's it going "allbettsareoff?" That is so ccol to finally meet someone else that was at The Forum show on 23 June 1977 like I was! I don't what it is but LED ZEPPELIN were always in top form when they performed live in Los Angeles. I wished that the ZEPPELIN organization or Peter Grant would have approved a taping of the complete Forum 23 June 1977 show and not the Seattle Kingdome on 17 July 1977. Thats just my opinion, what do you think? ROCK ON!
I agree 100%! I feel greatful that I was there and it being my first concert made it even more special. Then to get the chance to attend the reunion in London was just incredible. I wish they had recorded more of there shows period.

When I was growing up in Los Angeles they used to refer to us Led Zeppelin fans as Ledheads?

How's it going "TyrackT71?" I saw LED ZEPPELIN twice in their heyday which is on 23 June 1977 at The Forum in Los Angeles, California and one month later on 23 July 1977 at the Oakland Coliseum in Oakland, California. After listening to hundreds and hundreds of LED ZEPPELIN bootlegs along with seeing ZEPPELIN twice, my favorite concert would still have to be The Forum show on 23 June 1977. ZEPPELIN was on fire that night! This show should rank as one of the band's all-time greatest shows ever performed. ROCK ON!
I was at the June 23rd 1977 show in LA it was my first concert. I must say I have never seen anyone better than they were on that night. The only thing as good was the reunion gig I attended in 2007 no one has even come close.

Here's one for ya...
Interesting picture...can't seem to find a time or place where Neil, Robert and an accordian did time...
anyone ? Or is it a very good fake ?
It must be in New Orleans as the man with the accordion is Buckweat Zydaco and obviously Neil Yong it maybe at Tippitinas?

I am in the middle of reading "Off The Rails" aboard the crazy train with The Blizzard of Ozz by Rudy Sarzo. Excellent so far I can't put it down I recomend this book to anyone who likes rock and roll biographies.

Can't wait to see this show! I do see that ticket sales are very slow? The ticket prices IMHO are way to high! It helped though because I got incredible seats up front only a couple weeks before the gig! Long Live the spirit of John Henry (Bonzo) Bonham!
