Yes it's "The Confessions Of Aleister Crowley, An Autohagiography" a tough read indeed.

I read Diary Of A Drug Fiend, good book and started to read his Autohagiography, but never finished.

@ Walter, yes it is only the Ozzy era albums, minus 13. I have the Black Box set which is also the Ozzy era, figure I get this one for my collection. I missed the chance to get the Vinyl box set, which was also the Ozzy era only.
