  2. I know what you mean, part of the reason I included Glass Onion and Helter Skelter. (Which also feature great basslines, chef free) I would also think that Dear Prudence and Blackbird would have to be included.
  3. It's cool, don't know about all that though. Might make for interesting discussion though, what is the most important photo in rock music history? Hmm...
  4. Yea. Surely there are a few though that we can agree must be on there, like WMGGW and HIAWG, for example. I wonder if there is anyone who would object to Revolution 9 not making the cut? I mean, I personally don't hate it, but its more of a curiosity than something I listen to over and over.
  5. I may have another to add tomorrow, there's a present under our Christmas tree that is awfully vinyl shaped!
  6. Dear Prudence and especially Yer Blues have that area covered. That bass in Yer Blues sounds so menacing!
  7. Here's another one where the sound isn't the best, but the performance is a MUST HEAR.
  8. Obviously the sound quality of audience recordings varies wildly, but myself and many others here will agree some of the best boots are audience recordings! IMO you get a more natural, ambient sound, the sound has room to breathe. Soundboards can be a bit flat. You know about the Mike Millard tapes, right? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Millard https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Listen_to_This_Eddie The 1979 Copenhagen shows are great ones as well. It can take a while to develop 'bootleg ears' when it comes to audience recordings, but you should seek out some of the better ones, you're missing out if you don't! Cheers!
  9. Cool pup Dd! You would not believe the about of rawhide chews my dogs go through.
