  1. Same here, it looks like he did a good job portraying him. You guys couldn’t get any of Jimi’s songwriting rights for this movie. Was that a big roadblock? Actually that’s the dopest thing about the project is we never needed the songs because the story that we’re telling was basically [about] the people, the support system, the women that helped make Hendrix get to the point of being the Hendrix that we know. So it was everything before that time. It was actually a really smart approach to the project, and it made us work harder as the characters too, because we couldn’t lean on all the normal Hendrix moves and performances. We couldn’t lean on the songs.
  2. Lol I think that's what they were going for, kinda hard to be intimidating when his pokies are on display like that! Must have been very cold in that shooting range!
  3. Awesome! (BTW sorry to go off topic again, but I just noticed something odd. Look at the guy on the right in the trenchcoat on that vid I posted. Why are his nips showing?)
  4. Ahh, to be young again! Fun times! There were actually a few other shooting games, I bought this one a couple years ago when I was feeling nostalgic lol. I like Pawn Stars too! Wasn't sure if you got it in New Zealand. (That is where the Kiwi comes from, right?)
  5. I've heard of Atari and Colecovision but never Vectrex!

  8. Honestly you should man, you won't regret it, SNES had some killer games. I remember getting like 2 inches from the screen and shooting lol. I also remember blowing into the game cartridges when they wouldn't load properly! BTW off-topic, I always thought this guy sounds like Mutley too.
  9. What about SNES? Download an emulator and play EarthBound, it is a must!
  10. I had Sega Genesis too, but c'mon man, nothing beats Nintendo. BTW this was probably my favorite Sega game:
  11. Oh that's too bad about your friends man. Glad you enjoyed the tune though. Primus sucks!
  12. Hurray! Glad you liked it man. Don't know if she ever made it back, sounds pretty grim though, eh? San Francisco rockers Primus remember the missing in the new video for "Jilly's on Smack," a song from this year's Green Naugahyde inspired by a friend of the band's who "disappeared into the world of heroin," singer Les Claypool says. Directed by Jordan Copeland (son of Police drummer Stewart Copeland), the clip sports a fittingly eerie vibe as it siwtches between shots of the band playing live and grainy found footage of family life, with a holiday theme. "Oftentimes it is the parents grandparents, siblings, etc., that feel the brunt of the heartache as they look at that empty dinner chair or Christmas stocking," Claypool says. 13. I would definitely pay top dollar for that one! They are pretty pricey though!
  14. ^^^Unless a soundboard of this show ever happened to turn up!
  15. I've only ever purchased one set of silver cd's, of my all-time favorite show. Got it for 25 dollars on EBay, I don't think I would ever spend more than that though.
