Houses of the Holy for me. To me it is their most original album from their 'peak years', least reliant on blues, folk, and rockabilly influences. Still has a very 'fresh' sound.
I need to give that another proper listen. I think I downloaded it a few years ago when I first got into the Beatles, didn't really appreciate the differences yet I don't think.
