  1. Nothing much. Just listening to some Early Black Sabbath and Practising Guitar.
  2. Oh that's a good one. It's about the nasty Politicians of the 1970s
  3. You people are lucky or are finding the right radio stations. All I get is terrible modern Pop music.
  4. If we are talking about the depth of lyrics, it's a good thing we aren't mentioning Pink Floyd
  5. Led Zeppelin got their reputation as a Live Band, but do you prefer tham live, or do you think they sound better in a Studio?
  6. About the Stairway to Heaven Plagerism, I shall settle this once and for all. Here is the Stairway to Heaven Intro: E-------5-7-----7-|-8-----8-2-----2-|-0---------0-----|-----------------| B-----5-----5-----|---5-------3-----|---1---1-----1---|-0-1-1-----------| G---5---------5---|-----5-------2---|-----2---------2-|-0-2-2-----------| D-7-------6-------|-5-------4-------|-3---------------|-----------------| A-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-2-0-0---0--/8-7-| E-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-----------------| And here is the Taurus
  7. Any Wierd Al song. Particluarly 'Generic Blues'. ''I woke up this morning, Then I went back to bed''
  8. Good Times Bad Times. Not just because it's an awesome song, but because it's what I call a landmark Zeppelin song. To me, it represents Led Zeppelin basicly saying ''Here we are, this is our first Album, and we are not like other bands, and we want to impress you with the first 5 seconds''
  9. Does 'Mothership' Even count? It's a compilation album.
  10. Agree to disagree. I only like a couple of Who songs, whereas Led Zeppelin there are only a couple of Songs I don't like. Plus Page is a better Guitarist than Townsend
  11. TSRTS is my favorite Version by far. Everything about it is perfect, from the Intro, to when the solo starts, to when the song ends. Out of all of Led Zeppelin's songs, 'Stairway To Heaven' Remains my favorite song. It helped me get through some tough times and everytime I listen to the Song, it feels like the first Time I have heard it. TSRTS has the thing that makes it stand out among all the other versions of the Song - The Solo. It has my absolute favorite solo ever. It's Jimmy doing what he does best, and that's improvisation. No one comes even close to him in that aspect.
  12. I am 17, and I have been a fan for a couple of years now. In those couple of years, my knowledge has grown considerably.
  13. ^^Happens to be the Best music themed movie ever. The complexity of the Movie is just Mindblowing
  14. Led Zeppelin Remasters Physical Graffiti The Song Remains the Same My collection is small, but I plan to extended it further.
  15. Hey all. I'm currently listening to the BBC Sessions, and I have a question. On the Album cover, what Guitar is Jimmy holding? It doesn't look like a Telecaster or a Les Paul, his usual Guitars. Does anyone know what Guitar it is? Thanks.
  16. Found this on Twitter Yesterday: http://images.fineartamerica.com/images-medium-large/robert-plant-03-miki-de-goodaboom.jpg Happy Birthday Robert Plant!
  17. I'm also a Beginner on Guitar. I'm also going to attempt to learn to sing as well in the near future. When I have the skills, I'm thinking of buying one of these: This is the Closest to Page's famous Number 1 Les Paul that I can afford in my price range.
  18. Another happy Led Zeppelin Song is 'D'yer Mak'er'. Also probably the most underrated song they did.
