Ozzy band intro and happy birthday to Ozzy: For the guitar solo fans, this is Gus G, Ozzy's lead guitarist: And I couldn't forget crazy train: I've got the whole show. If you want to see any certian song just pm me and i can pu it on youtube. Rock On!
  2. Sweet. I just scored tix to the East Rutherford, NJ show on Friday night. Seventh row last minute at face value. Can't wait to see the new guitarist. I feel good. du du duh duh dun du du.
  3. haven't taken it out in awhile, but the one that says the entire show in which jimmy page gets sick from china white
  4. Glad you had such an awesome time. Zeppelin events seem to do that. Bring out the good times. Isn't the fog great. It's so different when you're up front. Even more mesmerizing.
  5. This is an article about a guitar that is on your T-Shirt. No kidding! The article starts at 45 seconds and he mentions lz at 1 min 30 secs. http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/world/2010/11/18/sayah.pak.blasphemy.prosecutor.cnn
  6. Here's my review of the shows I saw. What the hell, thought I'd try my hand at concert reviews! http://bluebirdreviews.com/bluebird-menu-title/12-frontrowdave/50-front-row-daves-jason-bonhams-led-zeppelin-experience-2010-.html
  7. Got my ticket stub signed by Jason at the meet and greet in Poughkeepsie on 11/5/10. One down, three to go!
  8. Deb, glad you had such a great time. that is such a great pic of you and Tony. It must be rough being a rock and roll star That is so cool about Jaeger. I'm sure he was at the three shows I saw, but didn't notice. When I went to NJ there was this short guy hanging around outside the venue. Just hanging around not doing much. I asked him if he needed any tickets because I had an extra. He smiled and said no thanks. of course i had no idea who he was because I didn't watch any youtube vids so it would all be "new". It wound up being Stephen Leblanc. Had I only known! It is so awesome that so many of us were able to enjoy it firsthand. If Jason doesn't do an official video there will be some great boots out there. Too cool about the hello deboarah. a true unforgettable zeppelin moment for sure.
  9. You're right. Looking at the times on my vid NY was spot on 830. Poughkeepsie was 701. Here's the clip of Jason saying: "I'm going to keep doing it as long as you keep coming as it's a part of my life as much as it is you" It's around 2:00-2:20
  10. You are going to absolutely love it. I felt is was really welldone between the video, the storytelling and the music of our heroes. I agree with Superdave that there should have been more from the later albums. It seems most cover bands focus on II, but any and all zeppeliin is good. Also, go in early. The shows I saw started just minutes after 8. I actually missed the beginninng of the first show.(shame on me) assuming they wouldn't start until 830. Not a chance, they were already on their their third or fourth song. Lucky for me I was able to see more than one show so I was able to see the whole thing. Enjoy it, Safe Travels and Rock On!!!
  11. Another fantastic show Monday night at the Best Buy. I must be the luckiest person on the planet. The morning of the show I figured I'd hop on Ebay to see what they have for tix even though I had uppers. I was able to score two tix row CC on the right side for only $120.00. When I got there they wound up being second row! Another night of incredible music, laughs, cries and jblze blowing the roof off the place. Everything was pretty much the same as the other two shows I've seen except no song remains the same. I, once again, was able to get alot of video from the very front. At this show security stood there and watched everyone take video. That's pretty rare these days. I've even been evicted at one venue from videoing and here in NYC where I figured they'd be really tight they were really lax. Gotta love it! After the show I went right to the front jumped up on stage and grabbed the setlist. I couldn't get one at the other shows so I figured why not go for it. After the show I also hung around and saw Tony Catania the lead guitarist and he hooked me up with the meet and greet. He remembered me from Poughkeepsie meet/greet. Got to meet the whole band again. Scored autographs of all bandmembers on my ticket stubs. SWEET! These guys are so happy to be doing this show. It is obvious onstage that they truly enjoy themselves and it shows before, during and after. Tony was very happy that ticketmaster announced that they sold more tix this week than any other show and all reviews are good. Jason also mentioned onstage that he thinks that this will continue. I will have to find it in my video so that I can quote it accurately.
  12. OMG crazy show tonite. After the first set everyone just stood right in front of the stage. Thought security would come and say something but instead about a hundred people moved up and we stayed there the whole show. Front row again! Told their tour manager about my adventures in London and she arranged for me to do the meet and greet with the band after the show. Very very cool to meet Jason and the band. Only spoke to Jason breifly, but with Tony and Stephen for quite awhile. James also for a minute or two. I got them to autograph my tix from tonight and last night and Jason autographed my 02 ticket stub(SWEET). Didn't get to meet michael devlin who tore up whole lotta love tonight with a passion. I was truly blown away by him during that tune. Jason said that the band has looked at the 02 footage and you never know. At least they've looked at it is what the man said and that's all good to me. It all starts there. may never happen - and according to some of the more in the know folks around here it never will - but I must keep the faith. If you like last night's vids tonight are going to be unbeleivable I can absolutely promise but too tired to deal with it tonight. anyone goiing to philly tomorrow have an awesome time. This show will blow you away!
  13. Tonight is Poughkeepsie and Monday New York.
  14. I went in at 815 and it was already started. Don't be late! Enjoy!
  15. Phenomenal show last night in Engelwood, NJ from beginning to end. The band is absolutely incredible. Utmost respect for each and every one of them. They each have some really big shoes to fill and they did so with class, style and respect. Being a zep fanatic I was worried. for me personally, they came through like a shning star. Thank you for the Levee. IMO that was the tightest song of the night. I'll be putting up some great video from front row.
  16. Rock on brother. I hear ya. Ronnie was amazing. From the first time I heard Heaven and Hell right up until the end ronnie james dio was near the top of my list as well. I was lucky enough to see him several times. I saw the mob rules tour. That was the first one.will never forget the sign of the southern cross lighting up the entire place. I saw the dehumanizer tour in poughkeepsie. got too drunk to remember that one. Then came Heaven and Hell which I was lucky enough to see when they first got back together and then again on the second leg of the tour with Motorhead. I will never forget because we were fourth row and my friend tipped his beer to ronnie and he smile and gave thethumbs up. One of those Kodak f'ing moments. Then his final show in the US was at the House of Blues at the showboat casino, atlantic city, nj. 8/29/09. I snuck my camcorder in so I could record the show and got alot of it but got busted by security and almost bumped out of the place. I will never forget that one when he came over to my side of the stage. He is just soooo cool in every way. A true showman onstage. sings his heart out every night. Will never ever forget his unbeleivably unique voice and his rock and roll soul. the stage. He is just soooo cool. Will never forget you Mr. Dio.
  17. Alfred that is too cool. It's awesome to be acknowledged by the band in any way, isn't it. I'm going to be front row in Englewood, NJ on 11/4. Can't wait. I'll be screaming my loudest YEAH that night for sure. Probably won't have any voice left for Friday in Poughkeepsie, but that's OK. It's all good. Great to hear it's such a killer show. I might even say wtf and do boston on 11/2. time will tell.
  18. Here's a audio review of the show. Sounds great! http://993thedrive.com/coogan/2330-jason-bonham-review.html
  19. Thank you Steve for being the first to confirm. You are the man! Wow, this guy is frigging awesome. Just listened to "That's the Way", also on youtube. Great great sound. Well, of course, it is led zep. Excellent pick by Jason. I've seen a couple of others on youtube and this guy is really really on it. He will definitely do justice to the experience. I wonder if when JJJ were jamming he was one of the "tryouts"? Either way I'm so happy I can't even tell you. These days you never know what to expect.
  20. It's amazing that he's kept the band members secret. I've been looking high and low and still can't fnd anything on who it will be. Rock On Jason!!!
