  1. Makes sense. From what I've seen and read it's about his relationship with his Dad and his relationship with Zep. It could be just him onstage and it will still be awesome.
  2. I'm sure it will be awesome. You had me thinking. Paul Rodgers?? But I don't think I'm heading in the right direction.
  3. WOW. Could it be?? or am i not even thinking of the same person you are? Now I have to go listen to the jblze website version of kashmir again. Will be back.
  4. He just played Atlantic City again. I missed this one. Another awesome Alice fan I met last year emailed me that she saw it. Another Alice Cooper show. Lots of death, destruction, mayhem. The usual Alice.
  5. Thats too bad. What better way for Jimmy to get back into things(if he really is going to) than by doing a tribute, with Jason, to John.
  6. What's it like growing up in New Zealand? I don't know much about where you are from. :embarrassed: Are people generally pretty cool with each other or is it like ridiculously uptight? I love learning about new places. I always said Travel is the greatest education anyone can ever get.

  7. Know what you mean about the 70's. Everything seemed to be cool. Then came the eighties. It seemed everybody was uptight about everything. Being cool was no longer being cool. What the hell kind of world is that? LOL. IMO music absolutely stunk from 1981-1986 with few exceptions. Then came GnR, Nirvana and other "real" rock and roll bands. The Firm was early eighties and pretty goo...

  8. OMG it is funny isn't it. If you get a chance the whole movie is just hilarious. Back when it came out there was nothing funnier, noone that talked about weed as much as they do. Smoking pot was a way of life in the seventies, especially in my area(near woodstock). We all used to get high on the wall in front of the high school. Every day. Now there are camera everywhere on school grounds l...

  9. They need a star musician to be in the band. Someone who knows Led Zeppelin. Maybe some guitar player that hasn't played a whole show since 2007 but is in the fans good graces.
  10. Fantastic read. It's going to be incredible. Wonder who the bass player was he mentioned. Thanks for posting.
  11. I'm sure most of it will be on or maybe all of it. Hopefully they'll warm up a bit or hang around a bit after. You never know. I'll be bringing my reunion ticket stub just in case I get to meet Jason. I thought about paying the extra bucks for the meet and greet at one of the jblze shows. I probably should just go for it. It would be really sweet to have my reunion ticket autographed. Looks like it's on ESPN, gametime is 7PM and from what I read it's going to be before the game. I'd tune in about 630 or even earlier if you wanna catch it. and i'm sure it will be on youtube because i'll be putting it up myself. I just hope it's more than one song!!! I'm guessing three. If they did three zep tunes it would be a pretty good indication that.....never mind.... getting ahead of myself here..... can't help myself. Nicole Scherzinger is the lead singer of the pussycat dolls. One time I went to Vegas and stayed at Ceasars Palace. I went downstairs to the nightclub and their nightclub is called the pussycat dolls club. I went in and the Dolls were wailing away on Whole Lotta Love. That really made my day. To see her again now with Slash and Jason is just too cool. Edited for accuracy: That is definitely not Nicole on the jblze website singing kashmir so who will be singing. I guess only Jason and the crew know.
  12. Gotta love it, we'll all be seeing jason up close and personal! I'm going to go to the Jets game on Monday. Jason is there with Slash and the singer of the Pussycat Dolls. I see they are playing outside the stadium before the show so hopefully I can get it on video. I'm thinking they'll be playing communicatin breakdown. Slash has been playing that on a regular basis on his tour with Myles Kennedy. There's always the possiblity that this is the crew for the jblze. I think Slash would be a very good choice...and his schedule is free.
  13. My friend has an amex and scored two. I didn't find out where they are yet. Way to go with third row center! Doesn't get much better than that. I see there's already some on stubhub...but none as good as yours!
  14. The info was just posted on Ticketmaster this morning: For Nokia: American Express presale 9/8 at 10am and general public 9/10 at noon. Looks like no amex, no good seats. Good Luck!!!
  15. Here's some more 1980's metal that made me laugh my ass off. http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=FdEQa1Q983I&feature=related
  16. OMG I had this 45 when I was a kid. Just hilarious. The Beatles at their goofiest.
  17. I only saw them twice. They warmed up Aerosmith early on and were ontime. for the Use your Illusions Tour they played Saratoga, NY. They were very late. Over an hour but not sure exactly how long. Skid Row warmed them up on that show and toward the end someone from the audience jumped onstage and knocked over the speaker tower and then the band trashed the whole stage. Did I see a unique show or was that done at every show??? thanks.
  18. Since I saw them warm up TCV i can't stop listening to them I'll finally get to see them again 9/26. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4SaqYX8xnY Mellower but oh so good:
  19. How about the Lumberjack Song???? Nearly fell off my chair the first time I heard it. and then saw it live at Woodstock 94.
