  1. Thanks for all these kind responses. I wish it could change what has gone on, but at least it certainly makes me realise even more how pathetic these people are. You people with such positive and warm comments have had exactly the same dealings with me. It is the CHOICE of those fools to be bitter and nasty and engage in spiteful games. What a life choice, eh? Thanks again.
  2. Low-life jerks on this site. You win - yes, you all - MM, Better Emily, Del and all, whatever aliases you are here with now - you win the jerks prize. I hope it makes you very happy. Scouring around for my real name, sending it to people around this site, finding out one of my businesses, my address, my phone number, my daughter's name, and threatening to post it on here - and finally the lowest of the fecking low - looking up my daughter's Facebook page and stealing photographs from it to post on here in one of my threads, just to send me some kind of message. What kind of absolute low-life asshole would do something like that???? And why? Just because you are plain and simple jealous that I have a real-life friendship with the guys that you will never have, because of that you invade the privacy of a kid who has never had anything to do with you or this site??? You suck. You all absolutely suck and make me feel physically sick, but it's OK - I'll go back to my real-life friendships and you can go back to playing cat and mouse, returning day after day after dreary day of your sad lives to a site where you are not welcome and have been repeatedly banned, to tell us all about what your wife made you for dinner or to try to drag me into arguing with you by slagging off the football team I support. I'll go back to being personally invited to the O2. You're pathetic. Just pathetic. Morons.
  3. Hi there - Sally Hayward from California used to write a fanzine about Zeppelin called "The Rover". There's a photo of her and Robert ( in a "Little Acre" t-shirt) floating around the net, usually wrongly-labelled as being him and his cousin, it was taken when she and her family visited him at Jennings Farm ( they had an intro via one of Maureen's sisters who worked with Sally's Mum IIRC). Sally is a talented artist and often drew portraits of the band - she left some with Jimmy's housekeeper on a visit to the UK one time when she tried to call on him but he was out - when she returned to collect them again she was also given this note. She published it in one of her fanzines so it was already in the public domain, so you don't need to worry about any confidentialities
  4. If anyone else who has photos with Magnet on them - for example, there were two or three more posted recently from on board the Starship - and could post them here it would be great, he'd really like to see them. Thanks.
  5. You're welcome. Almost all my photos stay private too. But it is nice to share the right ones.
  6. My photo. The Honeydrippers 1981 Golden Lion Birmingham.
  7. I also should have named this lot - Kevin J O'Neil, Robert Plant, Andy Sylvester, Keith Evans,Robbie Blunt, Jim Hickman, Ricky Cool.
  8. Back row - Boz Burrel ( Bad Co), Scott Gorham ( Thin Lizzy), Eric Clapton, Plant, one of ELO (Mik Kaminski maybe?), think Pik Withers from Dire Straits in patterned tank top, Brian Downey from Thin Lizzy in front, John Illsley (Dire Straits) behind, Mark Knopfler ( Dire Straits) David Knopfler ( DS) Front Row - Paul Rodgers, Simon Kirke and Mick Ralphs from Bad Co, Phil Lynott from Thin Lizzy. I believe the photo was dated as 1980, but I would have called it as 79..
  9. Oh and further to the Cole wedding stuff- i know I've posted this before, it includes another "on the steps" shot
  10. Hi Yeah nice link! I used printscreen, copied them into paint and saved them as jpegs. I had seen the pic of Jimmy and Krissy before but I think she had been edited out of it. Also the Bonzo car one I think had been in his brother's book? I would have to go back and check. The Summit ones I liked are clearly press conference, I can't remember seeing them published at the time but hey we are talking many years ago! I had also seen the one on the steps at the wedding that you have referred Steve to - I think Dave Lewis may have sent it to me years ago - anyway would never have thought to look at this site so thanks
  11. Well this one is an absolute beauty that I hadn't seen before (though I do have the album )
  12. Isn't one of them from The Darkness? I suspect the grinning youngster at front is a competition winner.
  13. I think it was 1983 - I have another cutting somewhere from back in the day with another pic of them together. I would try to find it but SAJ would be faster as he has his stuff properly filed and mine is in boxes and suitcases
  14. Is it not an edited shot - I don't think they are actually next to each-other in real life?
  15. Knebby
