Yep. Agree. May 1973 is just flawless (expect for San Diego, which is just odd as hell to me!)
The June 19th 1977 show in San Diego was also strangely disappointing, come to think of it so is the March 10th, 1975 San Diego show. All of the SD shows were right around the time of other epic performances.
Hmmmm.... maybe the local San Diego drug dealer had bad stuff. -

My girl acquired several sound board tapes from the 70s including a few from Led Zeppelin. One happens to be the Minneapolis show on January 12 1975. Wow!
Holy sh!T bro, what is the tracklist ?

I too enjoy reading the opinions of shows from other fans. None of us are ever going to agree about anything except that Led Zeppelin freakin' rocked !! How hard they rocked at a show cannot be determined by Page's flubs or his awesomeness alone of course because other things we cannot measure went into the entirety of the show as both an audio and visual experience. Seattle 03-21-75 is a prime example - how many fans went home that night complaining about Led Zeppelin's performance ? I'm guessing that occasionally some of JP's flubbs could be traced back to showmanship, doing something for the visual aspect of the show, he was quite the showman as well as guitar player and he obviously took that part to heart wearing elaborate stage costumes and using his well known book of Rock and Roll guitar player moves.
03-03-75 Fort Worth is one of my very favorite 1975 shows even though Jimmy and Robert are not in top form, Bonham and Jones really step it up and the overall energy the band brought as a whole unit that night is top tier. At least to my ears, Jimmy was really trying and had the energy and will to play hard that night, but his finger was holding him back. -
I'll go with Hamburg and Essen 1973 with an honorable mention for both Seattle '73 and '75 (03/21/75)

Not so good at wars though...
Well, if it wasn't for Charles Martel all of Europe would most likely be islamic. Imagine if Europe was like iran and pakistan since 732 AD. The world would be completely different....and goats would be very scared.

Just saw Mark Knopfler at Red Rocks on the 23rd of September, great show.

Once they started putting rap "artists"in the R&RHOF it became a joke. Even maddonna was voted in, and before RUSH was for God's sake.

Annie Lennox, Ann Wilson, Stevie Nicks, and Bonnie Raitt though i'm not sure if Bonnie is Rock and Roll or blues/Folk. Either way she has a beautiful and powerful voice.
If we are just talking about amazing pipes then Patti Labelle is very hard to beat though calling her a rock vocalist is a stretch. -

Listening to Bob Marley's last show. Pittsburgh 1980.

Junior Marvin's guitar solo in Heathen is crazy! This is THE version of Redemption Song. The way Bob sings Zion Train is like he knows it's his last show!
I love this concert. Great choice.
