  1. No. The only soundboard patches on that release were in Dazed and Stairway and were heavily noise reduced (the patch EVSD used for Down by the Riverside is not from the board but from a fourth, otherwise uncirculated audience source). I've heard a sample. The raw transfer sounds about the same as the circulating low gen, the mixdown is a nice EQ job, no brickwalling.
  2. I’ve compared to the eight other sources, this seems to be a new source (and the best sounding one IMO)
  3. Also on that channel is bits of a new audience source for 1972.10.02 Tokyo in excellent quality.
  4. PM sent. Titles are similar, EVSD is a bit less aggressively mastered.
  5. The audience sources are not new, but they are upgrades. The Mr. T-Tack Master is an upgrade to source 3 (found on Lighthouse 929 Alternates Set 2), and the BS Master is an upgrade to sources 1 and 4 (found on H-Bomb and 929 Alternates set 1).
  6. As mentioned by many others in the thread, the Graf Zeppelin release and recent Nite Owl matrix are worth seeking out.
  7. Cleveland 1970-08-26. Jonesy was replaced by local musician Deborah Smith for the encores (he flew back to England due to a family emergency).
  8. Somebody did, but it didn't turn out very well. Sources were not synced very well.
  9. I recommend the Pseudonym remaster.
  10. That IS sample was fake, included with the torrent as a joke
  11. After looking at the original post, I do think he was serious.
  12. That info comes from Weedwacker himself. He posted all of that at Royal Orleans a couple of years ago in a public section of the forum.
  13. New Orleans 71 exists without a doubt. Freezer gave a CDR copy to weedwacker (along with a 1971 Yes show at the Warehouse), with the hopes that he could fix the speed issues with those two recordings (if you've ever heard Dublin 71, that's what happens with those two recordings). The recordings were taped with Reggie the Bullet's reel deck (Reggie's circulating Dallas 69 recording should give you an idea of SQ). Weedwacker doesn't have the CDRs anymore, unfortunately. He most certainly is.
  14. Attempted to remaster this, I think it turned out well.
  15. Doinker's transfer (which is the best version of Source 1) runs too fast, but Pernod's speed correction fixes that. Source 2 (Meltin' The Forum, adds Celebration Day and beginning of That's The Way) runs a bit slow, but not very noticeable.
  16. Not actually Pernod's reel, merely his speed correction of that transfer (which is actually a 1st gen, as stated in the info. The folder was mislabelled as a 2nd gen.) That reel belongs to and was transferred by BillB. I would recommend EVSD's Florida Sunshine over the GM one, but they are very similar sounding (EVSD seems to be a little lighter in the bass frequencies, which is why I prefer it to GM).
  17. A lot of people like the Jelly Roll release, but I prefer the version from the EVSD Final Option box set (less processed, better-sounding, especially the acoustic set).
