  1. Because it's up to the people that upload it whether they're comfortable with their links being shared publicly or not. Those who have the show are lucky that it's been shared with them, and they will respect the wishes of those who share it. Don't worry, at this rate, it really can't be too much longer.
  2. A few others on Royal Orleans have also supported the idea. If more people both here and over there support it, I'll make sure the word gets around and try to get it off the ground.
  3. I'd like to extend my sincerest apologies to everyone for being part of fanning the fire on this one. I think we can all agree to move on. Getting back to the topic, Thanks a million for getting these up for everyone! Hopefully this'll get to tons of people who haven't had the chance to listen to everything out there.
  4. "There won't be any unmolested versions, this guy is a fuckin' arrogance type of man. I have enough of that shit in the community. You can throw me away from this forum for good. I am done." - you, two years ago
  5. Yeah, no question about it, this has quickly become a very interesting grail. Sounds like we're not gonna be hearing it any time soon though, unless anyone has 20,000 bucks lying around. Of course I wouldn't be opposed to crowd funding, 😄
  6. But don't you understand? Anyone who doesn't immediately dish out their life savings before discussing the topic is a gimme gimme! C'mon guys, we should get it by now!
  7. The only one starting any drama or discussions like that is you. Not sure if you've noticed this-- discussions tend to be civil before you join in.
  8. Right here: This was a great one, I was happy to help with it.
  9. How much are they selling for? Wasn't sure if this was in the link you posted, couldn't find anything of the sort there.
  10. I'd be very very very VERY interested in just about any full '72 board. It could be Tokyo or Charlotte, I'd be giddy as a schoolgirl. We can only hope any of this, from Blueberry Hill to a '72 sbd will materialize one day.
  11. It is believed that the US '71 Tour would be the first where we'd have nightly SBDs, as that's when they began working with Showco. Theoretically, every show after that point SHOULD have a soundboard. I'll always hold out hope that the Seattle '72 SBD is out there somewhere. I'd give an arm and a leg to hear it. Very interesting that that would be the first available SBD of that tour. I'm sure the SBDs from before that date exist, I wonder why EVSD hasn't hinted at having or releasing any show prior to this. Surely if they have the tapes, they would hear them and conclude that Philly is a clear standout show. Or perhaps their source isn't willing to give them earlier shows, or they're unavailable even for their source. Whatever the case, it's very interesting how well preserved the latter 3 quarters of that tour is, while they give crickets to the first quarter. Also, I have heard that Plant did indeed not yet have the flu in Minneapolis. That being said, his performance in Rotterdam proves he was still in far from perfect state.
  12. Does anyone know when this version of the show was released?
  13. While on the topic of these additional soundboards that haven't surfaced; wasn't Blueberry Hill actually slated for release at some point? If memory serves, I recall hearing a tale that EVSD had announced a release (perhaps not officially), but pulled back when someone did something that pissed them off? Another thing to ponder: is this the earliest soundboard recording that EVSD would've unearthed? We basically have the confirmation that it exists, so what else is there from this era that EVSD could have access to? As far as I'm aware, any Bill Graham venue Zeppelin played at would have a soundboard, but did any other promoters from their early days go through that type of hassle? Even if they didn't, who knows how many people working the sound at shows could've taped 'em without telling others. It's a fascinating thing to think about. With any luck, hopefully there's more soundboard pre '75 that they could be sitting on (ahem... NINETEEN SEVENTY TWO!). I wonder if all the '75 shows we're sitting around waiting to hear (Long Beach, Philadelphia, Houston 2/27) are definitely in their possession. We know their source of the '75 shows is clearly a reliable one considering the amount of releases, but whether they have the whole tour or not is an interesting thing to wonder. Does anyone know the earliest date of 1975 we have a SBD from? IIRC, we've received nothing from January, which is a shame because I think it's a rather interesting period. The band is clearly rusty as all hell, but the setlists were very unique and it'd be nice to see how the other performances of Levee sounded. It can be presumed that Levee was played at least 4 times, possibly 5, and we only have 2 of these. The two we have aren't exactly beautiful, but who knows, perhaps in Bloomington or their second night in Chicago, they really knocked it out of the park. Or we'd just get an upgrade from the other 2. Lots of this is speculation but it's what keeps my fandom alive.
  14. Hadn't seen this picture in a while-- good one! Damn, I didn't realize this only got sadder and more ironic. I feel like a fool for entertaining that 🙄
  15. With the spottiness of the 9/29 SBD, I wonder if they purchased it with only that part of WLL available, or if they're sitting on much of the show. Same goes for this release, really.
  16. The dude you're calling a gimme gimme asked a simple question. You don't need to go on a tirade about lazy teenagers and all that bullshit. He didn't say "SOMEONE UPLOAD IT OMG," he said "is there more?" It's a pretty innocent question from someone who's clearly new to the forum. Who here's crying? It sounds like you're salty because you bought it and not everyone else can afford it. No one's forcing you to share it, nor did anyone ask you to. Move on. This is an extremely narrow-minded perspective that causes nothing but problems. Anyone who disagrees with you is stupid and uneducated? Do you hear yourself? Because it's honestly pretty funny. You're so set in your ways that everyone else is wrong and you're right. Please realize that generalizations this rash are extremely problematic.
  17. Awesome! Can't wait to give this a listen, of course I wouldn't have found it until after my class started 🙃
  18. I don't believe we're getting any unheard shows, just master tapes of pre-existing shows. Apparently the 3/3/77 Queen show at the Forum was already a huge upgrade, so a masters for any of the LA '77 run would be quite exciting.
  19. I think just about every track they recorded has a superior live version, with few exceptions (WIAWSNB, Levee, Wanton, etc.)
  20. ledzepfilm is a great hub for fan shot/semi pro footage of the band playing. Sadly, these videos only contain snippets of concerts. Some of them may only contain a few seconds of a few separate songs, while others do better jobs of getting almost complete shots of certain songs. I'd also recommend The Royal Albert Hall 1970 video, as its arguably the best show the group ever pro shot. Another great one is the Denmark 1969 Radio performance. If you search up "Led Zeppelin DVD" on google and go to its wikipedia page, it will list a bunch of performances included on that DVD. Look up the corresponding date on youtube, and you'll find some great stuff.
  21. I love Four Sticks, I personally think it's a way cooler song than both Rock and Roll and Misty Mountain Hop.
  22. I doubt he's done. Saw him back in September, and he's clearly very happy with what he's doing right now. He's content, so I see no reason why he would call it quits.
  23. Good point, but that's not what I'm saying. We've waited a few months and a bit more won't kill. What's frustrating is the label's tactics and marketing strategies... I mean, for a bootleg company, I don't understand why they try to prevent people from bootlegging their products. It's just hypocritical.
  24. Yeah... hasn't been upped on TTD yet, but I hope to God that's just because someone hasn't attempted it yet. EVSD has an entire market cornered but they're still using these dumb strategies, and pissing off their customer base. It's just foolish.
  25. That would be ZepHead315. He often posts his videos in the "what are you listening to" thread.
