  1. Found the Danelectro... https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/753637
  2. Isn’t it on loan to The Met exhibit? Im a huge fan of the Danelectro. I was thrilled to see it make an appearance in “It Might Get Loud”. Planning to hit The Met exhibit in the next few weeks. Ordered my mug when I was in London!
  3. I think ‘75 Earls Court is some of the best I’ve heard, however I will admit that I need to dig deeper into the early 70’s. The RAH Bring It On Home with Jimmy with his angel face and little sweater proceeding to blow us away is fantastic. 😁
  4. Ugh, this is difficult. But here goes.... LZ I: You Shook Me / I Can’t Quit You LZ II: Thank You LZ III: Hats Off To (Roy) Harper LZ IV: I can’t pick. it’s a perfect album. IF I skip a tune on it, it’s going to have to be Going to California HOTH: D’yer Mak’er PG: Sick Again, since I have to pick Presence: Tea for One ITTOD: Hot Dog This game is hard to play.
  5. Here’s Jimmy talking about playing in the Tower House. https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2018/jul/08/stairway-to-heaven-jimmy-page-castle-is-his-home-led-zeppelin
  6. YES. also, The Rain Song, In My Time of Dying, Friends, Black Dog, Custard Pie....I could just go on and on.
  7. I’ll be 45 this year and when I was about 8, my mother took in a boarder in an extra bedroom. I vividly recall coming up the stairs and she was listening to Black Dog. My little mind was blown. I went in her room and listened to the whole album with her. My only mistake was that I was holding her Grateful Dead “American Beauty” album in my hands at the time, so in my mind the song was associated with that album cover. Later in high school I was introduced to non-radio Zeppelin and I’ve never looked back and collected everything.. I’ve had a deep love of music since I was a kid- my parents used to plug me in to the stereo with a headset. I believe my dad had Zeppelin albums but he never got those on the turntable. Fortunately, I’ve started young enough - my only regret is being born too late.
  8. Gotta agree! I see them every year that they come through town. They do not impersonate Zeppelin. They explain it as paying homage/tribute to the greatest band on earth. They play deeper tracks as well. The musicianship is on point and Paul Sinclair’s voice is amazing. Nice bunch of guys too. Every now and then I’ll catch them on PBS and always watch. If you get a chance to see them, do yourself a favor and go!
  9. 🙋‍♀️ Signed up last night. Pagette all the way - found this thread. 😍. Where do I sign up for that club?
  10. Jimmy giving a subliminal cue of what he thinks of reviews.
  11. What in the what? I’m a newbie to forum here and clearly having a good time. This made me bust out laughing at work. Thank god I work from home!
  12. I was in London in April and took a walk by the Tower House (beautiful!). I didn’t know about his issue with the other neighbor at the time but seemed to have caught a good picture. Well, actually a few. 😊. I was actually talking about this stuff with a friend just last night and drew him a picture to illustrate. It pretty much sums it up I think. https://m.imgur.com/a/tBHAvkf[/img]
