Amazing! I'm the guy 2nd head from the left, front! What an amazing show, eh?

I was lucky enough to be front row for this show, which turned out to be one of the best nights of my entire life. The next day, I bought a few papers to see what had been written about the show. To my genuine shock, I found this photo, which I am in! I am almost certain that someone told me this photo is also in a book somewhere. Does anyone have any idea which book it is? Thanks!
