I finally found it! It was interview in a copy of Zoso magazine that I got a hold of when he was interviewed in Japan from May of 1991. There was a rumour that your mother was Japanese. Do you have any Japanese reletives? This is what Jimmy's answer was: "No, but at school other kids used to make fun of of me and say that "you must have a Japanese father or something." The first time I came to Japan everyone thought I had a Japanese wife, but I was still single so that was impossible. It seems the image of "Japanese" goes well with me."

No. I did read in an interview he said he got teased at school for looking Asian.

I love that. Especially when he sort of conducts everyone singing the end. It's so cute and sweet, especially knowing now how much that song means to him. I can't really tell if he is unwell. I can tell for the ARMS concert. I own the Raving Arizona DVD. When he comes out in that white scarf, and says, "Are You ready for us? We're ready for you too..." as licks his fingers from his beer? and takes his rings off, I just melt! I wish I could have seen him, but I was about 12 at the time and didn't know about Outrider. I envy you. Maybe you could talk a bit more about it? I'd love to hear. I wish he would finish his album and maybe do some kind of solo tour himself.
