Love Roxy Music
Stranded is one of my favorite albums.

No, I don't have hearing issue. Right or wrong, others have claimed to hear it also so I can't be too nuts. It's not a big deal people. Jeez.
Jimmy's playing is just mind-blowing right at the moment in question, wow! I hear gentle, definitely, but can see how one could hear something else.

Very pretty pic of you and I love the look of the room, the first thing that springs to mind is a victorian house?
Thanks! It's a 1930s bay window semi, but it has lots of Victorian and early 20thC things in it

Peter Hennessy's Never Again: Britain 1945-51, which is really excellent.
Trying in vain to get back to serious work with G.R. Elton's Reform and Reformation, England 1509-1558, and Christine Carpenter's book on late medieval Warwickshire, Locality and Polity, but to no avail with the husband ill and all the hospital to-ing and fro-ing. Someday...

Quantum of Solace:The Complete James Bond Short Stories
Since I found Casino Royale quite entertaining.

Titus Andronicus and Chaucer's Wife of Bath's Tale for classes, and Derek Wilson's The Uncrowned Kings of England, which is about the Dudleys (as in Robert, earl of Leicester). All good!

Wow you have bobcats in your neighborhood! My very favorite cat, and maybe favorite animal of any! Absolutely beautiful indeed!
We do! Even though we live in a very populated, suburban area, we have a lady bobcat who has had a few litters and a big dad who rolls around from time to time. They aren't afraid of anything and wander around the neighborhood at dusk quite a lot. It's so cool! We have quite a coyote population as well, though that means keeping all house cats indoors.
