  3. Paul Rodgers said it was Robert Plant who suggested the song they would perform together at Oxford.
  4. The handprints and autographed signatures that were located at the Virgin Megastore in Piccadilly have not been there for quite a long time now, I don't recall seeing them after 2007.
  5. Sad news indeed. Thanks for everything you did creating Royal-Orleans, a 5 Star hotel. R.I.P. Jason
  6. Not that anyone thinks he would have otherwise agreed... He's already booked the 1st weekend of the Oldchella Desert Festival in October. Robert and the Sensational Space Shifters are on the line-up to appear downtown L.A. during the "Festival of Disruption" October 8-9 at the Ace Hotel (same venue Jimmy did his interview with Chris Cornell). Tickets go on sale this Friday, 6/24.
  7. A few more pics... photo of BP Fallon is courtesy of Rick Edwards.

  10. Rollo plays keyboard, Jana sings. I would describe her "sound" as similar to ballad-style Stevie Nicks, in the song I heard.
  11. Definitely not Steve Perry! The front row (L to R) is Paul Rodgers, Simon Kirke, *Mick Ralphs* and Phil Lynott. Bad Company's Boz Burrell is back row far left, then Scott Gorham, Eric Clapton and Robert. Maybe someone can fill in the next 3. The tallest, in the very back, is John Illsley of Dire Straits, then Mark Knopfler in the striped sweater, and his brother David. It was taken at a launch for the benefit album, The Summit. All proceeds from the 1979 lp were donated to "The Year of the Child", a charity designated to help sick and disabled children. It featured Led Zep's Can
  12. This photo was taken in June 2010 when Jimmy visited a samba school in Rio de Janeiro. It was reported he was taking footage of percussionists.

For sure- ...absolutely gorgeous, and while Ross Halfin isn't known for shooting Fashion- I think this photograph on the Armani building captures the look while showing a fresh look at Jimmy Page in October 2012. Fantastic pose and expression, don't you think?

According to Women's Wear Daily (Tues 22-1-13), look for the ads to start in March...including outdoor advertising in select cities. "The images break in March magazines, with a media buy that includes GQ, Esquire, Details, Vanity Fair, VMan, Fantastic Man, Another Man and L’Uomo Vogue, among others. An outdoor buy comprises New York and San Francisco bus shelters, Los Angeles billboards and Las Vegas taxi tops, which all break in March. An online buy targets niche style sites such as A Continuous Lean, Selectism, Valet Mag and Uncrate." Link to story- http://www.wwd.com/m...module=hp
