One of the best example of Jimmy's coolness and elegance dated 2008 (or is it 2007??) Simply FAVOLOSO! mwah! oh gosh....

  8. Knebby, I am reading this only now as I don't visit the forum quite often lately. I grant you do have a point on the comment you highlighted. I had to re- read my post to realize that I truly expressed myself incorrectly. What I was trying to say was just my personal opinion on Charlotte who among all the other women in Jimmy's life, I personally admire the most for her elegance, beauty, and intelligence. Of course, I can only base my opinion solely on what I know from the usual sources (books, articles, and the lot). My use of the superlative especially on the "intelligent" was only a mistake. By that I absolutely didn' t mean that all the other Jimmy ladies were not as intelligent as Charlotte. Sorry if that came through like I meant it. I have to second what Alice 75 says about English not being our mother language. I speak English every single day, but believe me I still easily encounter a few misunderstandings due to this fact. I speak French too and oh ...still, I tell you! Such a hard work to get through what you really mean when you have all your nice speech in mind but in your own mother language! At least, I try what can I say... By saying that, I really didn't mean to offend any of the other Jimmy's women with my comment. I APOLOGIZE to any of them for any misunderstanding this may have caused. I appreciate the fact that you made a note stating that your comments were not aimed solely to me, but aside from that I don't think I ever made any comment which could have been disgraceful to the guys. I respect ALL of them too much to invade their privacy and speculate on their private life. I try to stay away from that sort of discussion and if it ever happens I keep my opinions impartial, which I think they are. They may pass as naive maybe, but not disrespectful. and yes, this is only a thread for Jimmy's pics, so back to that..
  9. These are beautiful paintings, E.L. I had already seen the first one. Renoir has a few paintings which envolve dance and people dancing. One of my favorite Renoir works is The Dance in The City. I wish I could dedicate myself more into art and get to know more about painters. My knowledge is pretty basic but I have a special fondness for the Impressionism. A few years back, there was an amazing exhibition of their works at the National Gallery in Canberra, here in Australia. I remember how I enjoyed it a lot and promised myself to read and educate myself more into that... I guess now back to that beauty of nature that is Jimmy Thanks for posting these, lady!
  10. Can I tell something that made me happy even if this happened a couple of days ago?? Meeting Jeff Beck in Sydney! That certainly made my Saturday!
  11. ...along with the Italian women and men...
  12. oooops.... You're definitely right! S..t! I got all mixed up. Art is surely not my strong point Thanks for clearing this up.
  13. Nice pictures,Gina. You have a beautiful family!
  14. He's more than lovely, Diana-l. !!! He is a truly handsome man. oh gosh, Charlotte S.! Thanks for the Goddess... You are more than welcome! Hahaha...Oh yes, he does look DIVINE, doesn't he? Monet or Renoir used to paint about the beauty of lilies and ballerinas, but I trust they would have also made an exceptional portrait of this beautiful human being... I like these shots. I have never seen them before! A jacket and a pair of jeans, ...hmmmm...just perrrrrfect!
  15. I agree with you, Alice75! Charlotte is a LADY in her own. Of all the important women he's had in his life I have always found her as the classiest, most elegant, beautiful and intelligent of all. I have always believed that the most relevant women in a rocker's life are the wives and mothers of their children. Only they know how they coped with their husbands' crazy and wild life. The groupies used to see a side of the musicians they dated which was kind of "adulterated "and over the top, because of their "gypsy" life while touring and playing stadiums. Having said that, I believe they were still important to the musicians in some way, as they surely helped them cope with the feeling of loneliness and often boredom of the touring life as well as with the sense of detachment from their home life with wives and children they might have felt.
  16. You look soooo cool, mate! ...this picture makes me think of a character in the 80's series Miami Vice... . Truly, Dzldoc! Come on, join the movie industry!! Lucia!!! Oh finally I see your lovely & cute face. Nice smile too! Nonni in Italia...whereabouts in Italy? I love your hair, Zepp-4-Life, but I love your Jimmy's shirt MOREEE!!!
  17. ohhhh that cheeky smile of his.... , Lucy! I found this picture while holidaying a month ago and believe me the moment I saw it, I was breathless and couldn't even speak a word for the following 15 minutes! . It haunted me for days & nights . and still now, it has a very hypnotic effect on me. I can't keep my stare away from that beautiful face expression he has, the way he looks in abandon. It surely is the best ever shot of Jimmy I have ever seen.
  18. Hello to you all, ladies! Happy NEW YEAR!! I have been away from this nice place for more than a month now, so I am not sure if this picture has been posted before... In any case, this is MY ultimate favorite of all Jimmy's pictures. Looking like a fallen angel, lost in his own world, that cigarette hanging from his lips, the hair, his eyes closed ..awwww...he's just a DREAM! The guitar god is in heaven... and I am too by such a vision!
  19. Why am I posting pics focusing his pants tonight?? Here's a beautiful close up of Mr Page, instead..
