  1. Haha! I love alot of those shows on HGTV: My House is Worth What?, Property Virgins, House Hunters, My First Place and Designed to Sell. I also like Dream House. They have some great programming and I learn some great tips about decorating.
  2. A couple of slices of Pizza Hut Medium Supreme Pizza.
  3. Although I am a fan of Clapton, Beck and Hendrix, none of them have ever moved me the way Jimmy does.
  4. Well if Jimmy's manager is saying it "ain't gonna happen" then I have to accept that. It would have been nice to hear something from the 3 J's, however we will always have the memories!
  5. Tift Merritt is an artist I have discovered in the past year. I like her music and think she has a great voice and I need to start buying some of her CD's. I saw an interview with her last spring on GAC (Great American Country) and got to see some of her videos. Wonderful artist indeed.
  6. I thought he called her up one night out of the blue and suggested they work together? I thought it was all his idea, but I could be wrong.
  7. Happy Birthday Jimmy, you are the greatest!! I hope you have a good one!!
  8. That's cool that Jimmy and Bootsy are buddies and I would have loved to hear those stories too! I like so many different artists and genres and am not ashamed of what I like. I am just a music lover period!!
  9. Thanks for the link. I do like Rolling Stone from time to time, but yes to be honest, I am guilty of complaining about it too sometimes until they put someone I like on the cover, LOL!!
  10. Love Is The Seventh Wave-Sting
  11. Good point Jahfin. I do like a couple of songs on that list, but yes I agree, you have to do more searching and be willing to seek out new artists and sounds and not just go by what is in the mainstream. I will tell you this, when Robert did the Raising Sand project, it opened my ears to not only more Country and Bluegrass music, but also Americana music as well. I must say, it has been a great discovery and quite refreshing to me. I also really like Mojo . It has great articles and features about some artists you don't hear of everyday or haven't heard from in a while. It actually talks about music. Beats Rolling Stone anytime in my opinion!!
  12. I agree that people will continue to be upset with Robert's choice, it is just that this has been discussed a zillion times already. Sorry if you thought I was coming down on you though.
  13. Great pic RiotHouse, thanks for sharing.
  14. I'll Be Alright Without You-Journey
  15. They certainly do. Just listen to "Trampled Under Foot" and "The Crunge" and the songs you've already mentioned. Alot of their influences were soul artists as well, so you can tell it was a huge influence on alot of their music.
  16. Yep, you are probably right, LOL.
  17. How would you define them? I consider Zep definetly hard rock.
  18. Hey ZFF! Thanks for typing the top 20 list. Oh well, Zep didn't get the top spot but at least they had 2 songs on the countdown! I do agree about the Beatles song "Revolution" or "Helter Skelter" should've made the cut although they aren't considered hard rock, but those are some hard rocking songs.
  19. Baby Don't Forget My Number-Milli Vanilli
  20. This is very sad news and my heart goes out to John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston.
