  1. I think he has a crush on her and has for a long time and I love the pics of these two together! In the making of the Raising Sand CD video on youtube, he said he had always been a fan and it seems like he was really in major awe of her. Honestly, if I were Alison, it would be hard for me to keep my hands off Robert, LOL!!!
  2. The Kinks are so cool! Great songs and I have a little crush on Ray Davies.
  3. I liked The Firm. Paul Rogers is one of my favorite singers too.
  4. Doctor My Eyes-Jackson Browne
  5. Melanie is my name and 72 is the year I was born.
  6. ^^LOL! Those pics are interesting and looks like Robert is surely enjoying it! When I was in the Google search looking at the Jimmy pics from Japan, I typed in Robert's name and looks like in one of those pics while he was at the game, he was yelling something to the dancers, wonder what it was? Something funny I am sure. BTW, I didn't care much for his 80's hair. I love the hair on him shoulder length the best, I think it fits him better. It really brings out his sexiness. But he does have a gorgeous smile, regardless.
  7. Thanks for finding this thread Knebby! I was thinking about it the other day. Great pics guys!
  8. Sea of Love-The Honeydrippers
  9. Today on a radio station in my area called 105.3 "The Bear" they played a block of Zep songs, Black Dog, Rock and Roll and Ramble On.
  10. Sunny, but very, very cold, only about 20 degrees outside, and tonight it will get down to the single digits, now I am ready for summer, haha.
  11. Man, that radio station is rocking big time LOL!! Yesterday, I heard What is and What Should Never Be and this morning on VH1 I saw the video Gone, Gone, Gone.
  12. Midnight Rider-The Allman Brothers
  13. Thanks so much, I was about to Google it!!
  14. Oops my bad. I thought the title of the song was called Time. I just remember it was a black and white video of Michael Stipe and it looked like he was jumping into the the crowd and the song was kinda slow and the video was in slow motion . Also in the lyrics he was singing "tick, tock". It was on their Automatic for the People CD and was played alot on MTV back in 1992. Does this sound familiar?
  15. WOW!!!!!!! I don't think there has ever been or ever will be a sexier lead singer AND guitar player in the same band, like Page and Plant!! They are the ultimate rock & roll sex gods in my opinion.
  16. I have always liked REM but don't have any of their albums. All of the stuff I have heard came off of their videos being played on MTV back in the day. I really enjoyed their Unplugged performance that came out back in 1991. I really like Everybody Hurts, The One I Love, Time, Man on the Moon, Bang and Blame, It's the End of the World as We Know It and course Losing My Religion. I know they had many more songs, but these are the ones I heard the most. Great band overall.
  17. Raising Sand by Robert Plant & Alison Krauss In Through the Out Door by Zeppelin of course (still waiting on this to arrive in the mail)
  18. Steve, thanks for sharing the info on this! I remembered watching this on HBO and I also videotaped it since my older brother and I were excited to see Zeppelin perform. I remembered Jimmy's guitar was a bit out of tune during Kashmir though, but yes, he was certainly nervous! Wish I still had the videotape. That was a good show from the other acts as well.
  19. The Nazi stormtrooper getup was from the 1977 tour and I have no idea why he was dressed like that. Anyways, I love all the pics of Jimmy, thanks everyone for sharing them!!
  20. Yes, I agree the pics from Knebworth he is looking mighy fine! I have always been a Pagette, but here lately, I have been loving me some Robert!!
  21. I have always been a Stones fan, I have been listening to them practically my whole life, LOL.
  22. Agreed 100%, I love both the Jimmies!! I have Are You Experienced?, it is wonderful.
