  1. I paid £1550 and I have no regrets at all. I'm only a regular working bloke, but it really was money well spent. It took me the best part of a year to pay it back, but you've got to chase your dreams sometimes (and have the permission of your wife).
  2. See what Questrider said on the 9th post. It's still the reason why DVDs stutter about half way through. There are 2 layers on some DVDs and there is a momentary switch between them. There is DVD5 and DVD9 - single layer and dual layer. It might help to look at this: http://www.aimersoft.com/tutorial/dvd5-vs-dvd9.html I hope this helps folks.
  3. I managed to get one of these Mystic East '98 tour itineraries at a record fair about a year after these shows. It's quite interesting to see the stuff inside: Distance between shows, band hotels, crew hotels, onstage times, promoter details, etc. It's also signed by Jimmy (which is a bonus).
  4. That makes a lot of sense. Ta very much. I see you have number 540. Mine is 509, so I guess we were standing in that mega queue together.
  5. Fair play to you, but I really liked the poster. I think I was the 60's style lettering that drew me in - kind of reminded me of all those classic posters from back in the psychedelic days. Artists like: Rick Griffin, Victor Moscoso, Stanley Mouse, Alton Kelley, and Wes Wilson.
  6. Very early Jimmy Page - Is this correct? Odeon Theatre, Leeds Gig on 27/11/63 from the Duane Eddy/Shirelles UK Tour with Gene Vincent as support. Also supporting was Carter Lewis & the Southerners, containing a 19 year old Jimmy Page.
  7. Another poster is living in Poole (South of England). By the way, I've heard that although this is a numbered print run of 1200, only 1000 of them were sold to the public. If I remember correctly they all sold out on the day before the show. So, the big question is: WHO HAS THE OTHER 200 POSTERS???????????????
