Your body does not establish your choice. If it did prostitution would be legal. So would selling organs. It's even illegal to commit suicide. However, you can choose not to get pregnant in the first place. 😇
Hey Steve--gfy, rape apologist. You should be shunned from the community.

The stellar remastering work was the reason to buy the sets. The companion music was just gravy--and some of it was the best gravy I've ever heard.
We could have had a hell of a lot more if Page hadn't been concerned with only giving us mixes from the period itself.

Not to be a kill joy, but am I the only one who remembers the last three Star Wars films flat out SUCKED?
Now in true Disney PC fashion, this new one stars a chick and a black guy.
Sorry, I'm just not feeling it.
Steve, you're a very, very sad human being. Keep your racism and sexism to yourself.

DISNEY TO RE-RELEASE ORIGINAL THEATRICAL CUTS OF ORIGINAL STAR WARS TRILOGY
http://comicbook.com/2015/09/19/disney-to-re-release-theatrical-cuts-of-the-original-star-wars-t/
Old news -- completely unsubstantiated...not saying we won't get them at some point, but they're a ways off yet.
I personally think the BRs are fine, barring a few abysmal edits...clean them up, get rid of the stupid additions -- extra rocks, "No..." -- and I can live with Han shooting simultaneously with Greedo.
In other SW news: The new Battlefront game is gorgeous and awesome.

I'd be interested in any of the very early LPs...but most of them have only been bettered by later releases/fans who were able to get their hands on the tapes (or close enough).

Listen to the first 5 tunes from 5.30.77 again. Seems like you folks have forgot how good 1977 really was on a good night.
And NQ from 5.22, as well as Since I've Been Loving You, are a DREAM my friends. EXCELLENT.
I think a lot of people have forgotten how good 1977 was in general.

What we're saying is we don't really need boards for the Millard shows, because it's hard to picture any soundboard being better than those.
Assuming they were of the quality of the Landover boards, I'd disagree heavily.
-
But again, enough with the goddamn reruns (i.e. putting out soundboards for shows we already have audience tapes for)...they (meaning EVSD or whoever) need to come up with a show that is uncirculated up to this point.
That's assuming they have a "choice" in which shows they're sold...and, honestly, they wouldn't want to run out of potential sales too soon/would want to capitalize on sales of iconic shows if they can (e.g., L.A. 75, L.A. 77).
At this point it seems the well has dried up...at least for now. The fact that nothing of any substance was released in the past year (during all the hype for the remasters) seems to be rather suggestive. -
Thought I had a chance for one of the lowest numbers for us here....until I saw Melcore's. That's quite a low one!
Mine for PG is my lowest so far at 8,754. May be my first under 20,000. Received it this afternoon. Came in perfect condition as that's always good and more importantly as it's my favorite LZ album! Listening to the Companion LP now!
pmarsh22 beat us both!

Got my set -- 01435/30000.
By far the lowest number I've had yet.

Was listening to snippet from the 1971.09.24 show earlier. Forty-three years gone...wowza.

1977.04.27 -- "Kashmir" -- Richfield Coliseum, Richfield, Ohio

Berekely 1971 was a revelation for me -- somehow, I'd all but missed it until last year (or couldn't remember it). Great show, great AUD...too bad we don't have the full concert!

1971.09.14 -- "Stairway to Heaven" -- Berkeley Community Theatre, Berkeley, California

Lol, I can't believe the amount of malapropisms here.

3. I hear Robert Plant sing: "You're going to meet a lot of Devil People there". Not "Gentle" people there.
Just what I see, hear and Believe.
Uh...

The same sound is present on the SBD tape from the 28th, and is clearly guitar.

1975.05.25 -- "The Song Remains the Same"
This is what I listen to when I want to hear cocaine.
-
How is this even still a topic of discussion? Sharing a stock chord progression does not mean that one song stole from the other -- and in this case, as I've said before, Page (et al.) actually "stole" from Davey Graham and not Spirit.
-
I agree. Jimmy's guitar tone sounds much better to me on the alternate version as well. The original sounds very 'thin' in comparison. BTW, how the f did Hats off to Roy Harper beat Keys to the Highway/Trouble in Mind onto III?
It's likely that they tagged HOTRH as the take to use on the album before returning to the studio and jamming on KTTH/TIM.
The alternate mix/version of "That's the Way" is very cool, but I prefer the official album pitch.

Hoodie girl from The Song Remains the Same film

You literally accused her of being a hoax because your theory that the girl in the video is Maureen’s sister has been debunked.
Why you’re still on this forum considering your racism and general assholery, I don’t know, that’s a failure of Sam’s.
Anyway…cheers to Ana and Arthur for sharing their stories!
