  1. I found some information on this mystery, but not too strong backing for the focus of the mystery, what year? here is the reply on May 25, 2012... Message from Research Staff at SCOLA Art College, formerly Sutton... "Thanks for your recent emails regarding Jimmy Pages time at College in Sutton, Surrey. I have been doing some research recently regarding the college as it is our 40th year as a college. Since 1972 the college has been known as SCOLA (Sutton College of Liberal Arts 1972-2001, Sutton College of Learning for adults 2001-present) but prior to that it was a school, known as Sutton Liberal Arts school and also Sutton & Cheam School of Arts & crafts! (These are two of the names I have found it referred to!) The only information I have found about Jimmy Page from his time at the school was that he enrolled in 1963 through to 1964 and he did a “Basic Arts course”. The Principle at this time was Mr Edward S Bulley. This was situated at Throwley Road until 1969 when it was demolished and moved to Stowford School on the Brighton Rd Sutton. I have looked at the archives in the Sutton Library for student records but they don’t seem to have any sadly! I am still in the process of researching the college and its origins, so if I do come up with any further information for you, I will let you know as soon as I find any." Jimmy's Art Professor Clairmonte obituary article, Sutton Art College Originally was as you also known likely was posted in this Forum by ZISH, I think at least.. Link to Jimmy's Original Art College: http://www.scola.ac.uk/ http://www.scolapost.blogspot.ca/ Here is that article about Morocco that AEN scanned just today, Jimmy indicating that he could not go to Morrocco because he was in Art School, so perhaps age could be little clearer? http://forums.ledzep.../page__st__2820
  2. MSG, here is another photo, it looks to be Cameron Crowe...that above picture is '76 and the car photo is taken from side window, although looks to be different personality... Jimmy Page/Cameron Crowe/Starship '75 Tour http://

  4. WOW x 2...... Thanks to Sam for posting some fantastic color'77 shots...yet another few photos I never seen before of Jimmy!! and AEN, that photos of Jimmy with Cricket Bat that is most close up one I ever seen, I recall the other alternative photo, similar, Jimmy also has in his Official Autobio...I remember to date this famous photo when it was first published in 1979, the high school years coming to close, although the new punk movement was on the rise, Jimmy remained still a very Popular Rock Star, the early 80's it was now indeed a new era...this is how I remember the atmosphere around this photo... and I feel like to print these stories and have a little collection, a free loader, so to speak... so thanks all....
  5. ...AEN, indeed Thanks to Sam, our Webmaster always posts some rare of the rarest photos that we never seen before!! Totally love that scarf, feel like to go shopping with Jimmy!! 15. ....Thank you for this clarification, understood that is difficult for you to communicate with fans in this regard, very difficult position to be, and SAJ, reviewing the comments herein, I do not think that your spirtiual devotion to Led Zeppelin, their cause/purpose, is questioned or negated at adminsration level, I think that our Webmaster is simply clarifiying in the literal sense that is necessary function of his duty.... and as for the fans questioning, anyone who makes contribution with such magnificent details, SAJ, it is pointless to ponder as to who they truly are...somethings should be just understood....
  16. ..Indeed thanks to our wonderful Webmaster for staying in touch with fan community....it appears to be a small issue, and I am sure that SAJ will join the fan forum again...looking forward to hearing from you SAJ...
  17. ..Ally I am truly saddened by this...I hope this will lead to postive contribution, sometimes things happen, but I think we are wise at this age to let these trivial things in our life take over...really, we should just come by and have fun with each other talking about LZ and the days gone by...this makes life worthwhile..
  18. ....SAJ, surely you are just upset and when you are ready, please do come back...the fans are always looking forward to your magnificient attention to detail, ...afterall, you are fan of Led Zeppelin...this is a main and only qualification of anyone who gains access and becomes member of this Forum, even James Patrick Page is a fan of Led Zeppelin, our decisions have no impact on Led Zeppelin or that era...our differences..these are just too trivial, to make a moment beautiful for someone is a challenge in life, and I think you are wise and intellegent to let this negativity impact you this way...here is hoping that you the LZ fans will enjoy what is contirbuted from our fellow LZ Fan SAJ.... :notworthy: and leave what is not contributed behind...there are many other things important in life...
