  1. The guys should be able to get together from time to time without it being a media story.
  2. A great song for sure and it turned out to be a fitting end to Zep's last studio LP.
  3. RIP Walter Becker One of my all time favorite bands.
  4. When compared to how Jaggar & Richards treated the rest of The Stones when it came to song writing credit, I would have to agree that Jonsey got a fair shake.
  5. This is some terrific information, thanks for posting it. Hopefully the media will pick up on this and expose The Randy Craig Wolfe Trust for what it really is.
  6. Who's the bigger scumbag, Malofiy or Skidmore? At what point does Skidmore actually act like the trustee to the estate that he's supposed to be?
  7. Did Led Zeppelin really win this case on a technicality, like Malofiy is claiming? I thought the judge just followed the rules and procedures of a standard copy write infringement case and it's not like he gave special treatment to Page & Plant because they are big rock stars. Anyway, I think that appealing this case and having the jury's verdict overturned would be very difficult.
  8. The sisters probably already had their cut of suit money spent. Too bad.
  9. Hats off to the jury for making the correct decision. Maybe the tide has finally turned on these over the top lawsuits.
  10. This doesn't sound good for Page & Plant. I thought the case was supposed to be judged on sheet music only?
  11. Most of the great ones have already been mentioned, but I'd add 5-13-1973, Mobile, Alabama. That's my favorite No Quarter from the 1973 tour, excluding the official TSRTS release.
  12. I agree and like the world need yet another KISS compilation.
  13. I saw them on that same tour, in Chicago. I have to admit it was a fun show.
  14. I agree with you. Kiss Alive and Alive II are all I need from KISS. I never thought their studio albums were that great, except Destroyer.
  15. I like how they do Georgia On My Mind, while Page got his broken guitar string repaired. They had quite the sense of humor.
  16. I'm sorry, I screwed up. I always thought both my 6-21 & 6-23 were Winston Remasters, but the 23rd is actually Genuine Masters - For Badgeholders Only. Sorry for the confusion.
  17. You can't go wrong with the Winston Remasters version.
  18. And I'm happy that my wife and I are going to make 10 years, in November. Congrats on 31 years.
  19. I'd say my top three, after Zep would be Neil Young, Pink Floyd and Clapton/Cream. I also like 1970's Elton John and Billy Joel when I'm in a softer mood.
  20. I'm guessing just wasn't good enough for Jimmy to put it on the official release. He also left it off How the West Was Won, despite it being played.

One of my favorite Dazed & Confused comes from this show. Overall, a great performance.
  22. It is pretty strange that Jimmy didn't put a full version of Black Dog on the remastered version. The solo on at the end sounds great, but the song is too incomplete.
